It was the next morning and I was ready for my daily walk along the beach. I get dressed in a yellow hoodie and some black skinny jeans. Today was supposed to be colder but I wasn't complaining. I slipped on my vans and made my way out of my hotel room. I leave the building and walk down the sidewalk towards the beach shops. It was great out, the sound of the seagulls flying above and the sound of the waves crashing. It was peaceful. I walk down to the shops, pushing open the familiar door.

"Hey Sharon. It's a cold one today." I say as I walk in, smiling at her. She smiles back, adjusting a shirt on the rack.

"You should have felt it earlier when I came in. It was freezing!" She says. I chuckle, walking over to the case with the necklaces. My smile falters when I see the turtle one gone.

"Sorry kid someone came in and bought it yesterday." I nod.

"That's okay. If it makes them happy I want them to have it." I shrug. She bites her lip before looking at me.

"Zach dear can you make sure the door is shut all the way I feel a draft." I blink.

"Yea of course." I turn around to shut the door but stop dead in my tracks. Jack was stood there, looking at me nervously.

"Hey Zach." He says softly. I suck in a breath, not moving a muscle.

"How did you find me?" The boy glances at the woman behind me and my eyes widen.

"Sharon you told him?" I ask, looking at her. She raises a brow.

"I didn't say anything about where you were just that I knew you." I look back at the blonde, not knowing what to say.

"Zach can we talk please?" I stiffen, glancing at him. I didn't want to be sent away.

"Zach talk to him. Remember what I said?" I hesitate before looking at her. I look back at Jack. The boy was looking at me with pleading eyes.

"I-I don't know." I finally say.

"Zach, sweetie.." Sharon starts.

"I'm scared okay?" Jack's face falls. I look down at my cast, playing with the fraying fabric.

"Zach baby please." My heart clenches at the nickname making me glance at him.

"Whatever it is we can fix it. Zach I miss you." He says softly.

"Okay." He looks at me in surprise.

"Thank you Zach. Maybe we can go to your place? I don't want the boys to overwhelm you." I hesitate but nod.

We leave the shop with a small bye to Sharon. We walked in silence all the way to the hotel and up to my suite. The second the door is shut I kick off my shoes and sit on my bed, the blonde boy sitting beside me.

"Why did you leave? We've been worried Zach I've been worried." He says quietly. I don't look at him as I play with my sleeves.

"I overheard you and Jonah. You were gonna send me away and I got scared. So I left." I shrug.

"Send you away? Zach what are you talking about?" I wince, but still don't look at him.

"You were gonna send me to therapy." The blonde sighs.

"I was going to sign you up for it. I was going to be there with you Zach. I worry about you." I look up at him.

"You weren't going to send me to a hospital?" He shakes his head.

"Oh. I'm sorry for scaring you." I say looking at my lap.

"It's okay baby you were scared. You did what you thought was right. I'm just glad you're okay." He says softly. I glance at him, brown meeting brown.
