So I think that CCR (Creedence Clearwater Revival) is a really really really underrated classic rock band. John Fogerty (the lead singer/lead guitarist) is such a talented lyricist. And the whole band it's self is so interesting to learn about. Their most famous song 'Proud Mary' was an immediate hit and got them a gold single. Several gold, silver, and bronze records came after that and they even performed at Woodstock, but still no one talks about them. It's really sad and I think even if someone's not a classic rock fan, they should at least try to listen to them once.
