There are times in one's life when you feel you have come to the end of the road. At this point, you're no longer sure whether or not you want to hold on or let go.

You're no longer sure you're qualified for living. It gets a lot harder to say what you want as you feel nothing. It's as if your heart has been replaced by an ice box. No matter how hard you try to feel it seems impossible.

Sometimes you feel like crying but if you stop to think about it for a minute you wonder what's the point in crying? What does it matter? It won't solve your problems. You only end up with a swollen face, red eyes and a runny nose.

If only our problems could be solved by leaving. By forgetting everything and everyone from our present lives and start over. Life is a cycle. It is constantly moving. There is nothing we can do to stop it.

But there's something we can do.

We can get better........
