Madison's Entry January 10, 2023 After our wedding, Calum and I wanted to try and have another baby. We decided it was time to give Ainsley a sibling. So far we had no luck, I have come this close into giving up. I have decided to give one more month of trying and then we'll stop.
January 11, 2023 I have just found out that I'm pregnant. Calum and I are excited for this. My doctor told me I'm a month along but given how many times we have tried, I want to wait until 3 months to tell people.
January 14, 2023 It has been a month and a week during this pregnancy. I feel like something is wrong and I want to tell Calum. He's too excited about this.
January 21, 2023 It has been 7 days since I updated. I'm devastated by the news that I miscarried. Calum and I didn't really get our hopes up. We're still mourning baby C. In this pregnancy, we nicknamed this tiny baby, baby C. We had dreamed baby C was a girl. Ainsley has been at my mom's house and yes, I finally started calling Dana "mom." Obviously, mom, dad, Dylan, and Ellery knew about baby C and were saddened when she passed. I have yet to tell my friends about baby C. It's too hard on me. Calum has been my rock the whole time. We have been checking on each other and a bit distanced since we're going through the loss.
January 23, 2023 It is my 23rd birthday. Ainsley has finally come home. Calum and I have been adjusting to life since the death of our second child. We promised not to give up on each other no matter the circumstances. I have finally told some of my close friends about it and they have given me the support. Faith, Joey and Tate have come over yesterday to be there for me. I'm now focusing more on Ainsley and Calum. March 12, 2023 It's been awhile since I've wrote in this journal. It's 6 days away from my little girl being 1. Faith, Ainsley's godmother has been helping me buy decorations for her birthday. I'll be back to update this journal as soon as I can.
