The class finally dismissed and everyone rushed out like usual. Well except for me, Midoriya, and Bakugo and his posse.

I tuned out most of Bakugo's yelling until certain words stick out.

"You know if you really want to be a hero that badly there might be another way. Just pray you'll be born with a Quirk in your next life, and take a swan dive off the roof of the building."

Katsuki Bakugo, the biggest asshole in this stupid junior high.

This comment was enough to infuriate me. I shut my notebook and stood up, keeping a numb expression.

"You know Katsuki, projecting your inferiority onto an innocent only makes you more of an ignorant jackass who picks on those he seems lesser because he's too afraid to admit he's not as good as he thinks he is."

He whipped around and glared at me before storming up to me. "WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY TO ME YOU LITTLE FREAK."

I looked up at him, not changing my expression. "Just the truth that you're too insecure to admit," I ducked under his arm as he threw a punch and shoved passed him, "have fun with your mommy issues and superiority complex masking or inferiority complex."

I looked at Midoriya, "Your notebook is in the pond, might wanna grab it before it's completely soiled."

With that I walked out and made sure to put my books in my bag before changing my shoes and walking home.

"HEY! PSYCHO CHICK!" I heard Bakugo shout from behind me.

I sighed and turned on my heel, further scuffing my boots that I desperately need to replace.

"What do you want boom boom bitch?"

He ran up to me and shoved me into the alley near by. "What the fuck gives you the right to talk to me the way you just did." He growled.

"I was tired of listening to you shout nonsense at the kid."

"So you like him."

"No, I was just tired of your shit. And you have no right telling him to commit suicide."

He shoved me into the wall and took a step back as I rubbed my shoulder to make sure the old scars didn't open up.

"You're the first person to stand up to me. Meet me at the park near the hospital."

I rolled my eyes. "What, want an audience when you kill me?"

He shoved his hands in his pockets. "No, I want to talk. Being someone else if you want."

I nodded and began walking out of the alley. "See you tomorrow then Bakugo."

"Yeah, see you tomorrow, Psycho."

I continued walking home, picking up some ramen on my way, and made it home just before Dexter arrived.

"Hey Saph, how was school?" Dexter asked as he walked into the living room, where I was sat eating my ramen.

"Same old same old, stood up for that Quirkless kid today."

"Oh? What happened?"

"Katsuki Bakugo was being a douche and told Midoriya to kill himself, or as I quote 'take a swan dive off the roof of the building', so I called him out. He was pissed, he stopped me on my way home and told me he wants to talk tomorrow at the park near the hospital."

He sat on the floor next to me and began eating the ramen I handed him.

"You're not going alone, I'm coming with you."

"I was planning on bringing you anyways. He said I could bring anyone I wanted."

Dexter nodded and we continued to eat and chat back and forth about our days.

Mom was gonna be home late tonight so I put her ramen in the microwave and Dad's in the fridge.

"Saph, I'm having some friends over tonight, would you like to join us?" Dex called from the living room.

"Which friends?" I inquired as I walked back in.

"Mirio Togata, Nejire Hado, and Tamaki Amajiki. I'm sure Nejire would enjoy not being the only girl and Tamaki would definitely enjoy you being around." Dex smiled.

I smiled and nodded. "Sure, just let me change my clothes before they arrive."

He nodded as I made my way up to my room.

I changed into black leggings with a white stripe running down the side of the legs and a navy blue crop top with lavender butterflies on it and a black and white striped long sleeve shirt underneath.

I walked downstairs just as the doorbell rang.

Dexter opened the door and greeted the three who were waiting.

"Hey guys! Come on in! Sapphire will be joining us tonight. Our Mom won't be home till late and our Dad likely won't be home tonight, so you're welcome to stay as long as you'd like." He beamed.

"S-Sapphire's joining u-us?" Amajiki's soft voice sounded a lot more enthusiastic as he spoke.

Dexter chuckled, "Yes she is."

As soon as I walked into the living room where they were sitting I was nearly tackled to the ground by Nejire.

"Saph! I've missed you!" She cheered as we hugged.

I laughed and fixed my sleeves when she let go. "I've missed you too Nejire."

She sat back down next to Mirio as I sat in between Dexter and Tamaki.

"Y-You're w-wearing the sh-shirt." Tamaki smiled as he pointed to the butterflies on my chest.

I smiled and nodded. "I love it, it's adorable and super comfy."

"Didn't you make that shirt, Tamaki?" Mirio asked.

Tamaki nodded. "Sh-She told m-me that she l-liked butterf-flies so I m-made it wh-when I couldn't s-sleep."

I smiled and gave him a side hug as Dexter put on Demon Slayer.

We all chilled and snacked until about 11:30. Mirio had to leave and Nejire was his ride so they left. Dexter had fallen asleep on the loveseat. And Tamaki and I were laid across the couch, our heads resting on opposite armrests, with our legs intertwined. He's fast asleep, and I'm staring at the ceiling.

Am I actually going to meet Bakugo tomorrow? Do I really have a choice? What if he's plotting my demise?

For fucks sake Sapphire, shut up and go to sleep.

I shut my eyes and waited idily as sleep took over.
