Chapter 13

Amaya

After the incident with Jasper, I wanted to know what happened and, how was I able to throw him in the air without touching him?

Jasper recovered after two nights in the hospital since, then he has been touchy with me. It relaxes my wolf spirit and me because it shows that he is not mad at us and he cares for us, but he makes time to help me figure out what I did and how I did it so far we have nothing.

We are in the library within the palace with Melina trying to see if there was anything that we could find that resembles what I did.

"Why don't we search it up on a laptop?" Melina asked, closing another book as she sat across from me.
"Because they will give us myths and the books are from our realm so they are accurate," Jasper said as he walked back looking down at a book.

"Maybe that's what we need, Myths. I've never heard of something like this happening, have you?" Melina asked
before Jasper could rebuttal a worker for the palace came through the big library double doors causing all of us to lift our heads from the books.

"Jasper, your father would like to see you in his office." she said standing still with her hand folded over each other in front of her. Jasper nodded and closed the book in his hand and walked out with the worker.

"Now that he is gone let's make this go faster," Amelina said, grabbing her laptop from her bag once the door closes. I got up and sat next to her to see the computer. I watched as she typed " what creature can transform into a wolf and move things with their mind?" it was not the best way to word what we were looking for but hopefully it would get the job done.

She pressed enter and many different websites popped up showing different things. The thing that caught my attention was a link that led to a website about Hybrids.

"Click on this one," I asked Melina pointing at the link, she clicked on the link and a long article opened about hybrids. It talked about multiple different types of hybrids, werewolves and vampires, dragons and werewolves, and much more that I never thought could happen.

I started to read about the werewolf and witch hybrid, about how they can transform into a werewolf and still can do magic like a witch.

As I was reading more on this topic the library doors open as a worker comes in again. Amelina and I turn to face her.
"The alpha would like to see Amaya," she said. I turned to look at Amelina to see if she could tell me what it was about but she just shrugged her shoulders. I stood up and followed the worker to the office, as we got closer and closer I could hear loud talking.

The worker stopped right at the entrance of the hallway and let me walk down to the door myself, I slowly walked to the door and knocked. I heard a come in and opened the door, Michael stood leaning on the front of his desk and Jasper pacing near the bookcases. I closed the door and stood close to the door because of how high the tension in the room was.

Michael pinched the bridge of his nose with his eyes closed and took a deep breath.
"Amaya, what happened?" He asked me, I didn't know if he was talking about what I did to Jasper or that I and Jasper kissed and deepened the mate bond more.
"Um, what do you mean?" I asked, shifting my weight from one leg to the other.

" A few days ago Jasper was in the hospital, why?" He asked, looking at me like I look at people when I want answers, straight in their eyes. As I was about to answer Jasper cut me off
"You don't need to answer him," Jasper said, coming to my side and putting his hand on my lower back, it seemed to calm him down more than I.

"I asked her a question, not you!" Michael yelled in a powerful voice coming closer to Jasper and me, Jasper slightly walked in front of me to shield me from him.
