We went on the first floor and then outside the hotel.

The buses were waiting for us.

I was trying to find Marcus.

(Marcus): You look beautiful.

I turned around and I saw him.

He was a work of art.

His smile makes his face look even brighter.

Pure beauty.

(Me): Hey Marcus.

(Marcus): How's my girl?

(Me): I'm fine. Kinda tired but fine.

(Marcus): Nice.

Awkward moment.

He didn't hug me or something.

We were just looking at each other.

(Marcus): So.. Let's get on the bus.

(Me): Oh good. Are you coming with me? We can seat close to each other.

(Marcus): Yeah um.. Actually I'm going with the boys, you know.

(Me): Oh.

(Marcus): Yeah.

(Me): I mean cool. We'll talk later.

(Marcus): See ya.

He just left, being confident as fuck.

What the hell.
Something has changed since we last talked.
The conversation was so dry.

When we're alone it's just me, but when we're in public it's just a girl "Olivia".

Kylie was holding my hand till we got to the club. She tried to make me feel better.

(Kylie): Don't let someone ruin your day. These are gonna be the best moments in your whole life. Are you going to let a boy waste your time?

(Me): Let's go.

(Kylie): It's just you and I.

I nodded.

(Kylie): Don't forget about it.

I smiled.

(Jackson): Hey.

We saw Jackson.

(Me): Um hi.

(Jackson): Can I talk to you?

(Me): Yeah sure.

We were now inside the night club.
Music was so loud, making my heart beat faster. Jackson and I had gone to a place away from others to talk.

(Jackson): Can you hear me?

(Me): Yeah kinda.

We were trying to speak as loud as possible. Music inside our heads and colourful lights all over the place.
It was insane.

(Jackson): I wanna apologize for earlier.

(Me): For what?

I just realized that Marcus was on the other side of this club, talking to some girls.
Tf is wrong with him.

He was laughing, drinking and having fun with them.
He didn't even realise I was looking at him.

He has totally forgotten about me.

I was wrong.
It wasn't just me. It wasn't "just a girl Olivia". He was living the moment. He grabs every chance in his life. He just want to have fun.

(Jackson): Do you listen to me?

(Me): Yeah. Actually not. I'm sorry.

(Jackson): What's wrong?

(Me): I was looking at Marcus.

Jackson, turning around, looked at him too.

He smirked ironically.

(Jackson): Did I mention you look stunning tonight?

I smiled.

(Me): Thank you.

He sighed.

(Jackson): You're too perfect to worry about a boy. Any boy. Are you really afraid of losing him? Well HE should be.

I was just listening to his words while drinking drinking drinking.

Time was passing by.
Jackson and I had come very close.
He was speaking with kindness and care.

(Jackson): You know I like you. But I'm willing to do ANYTHING to keep our friendship. Because I don't wanna lose you. Friendship lasts longer than relationship.

I wasn't very sober.

I tried to hide my emotions with alcohol.

(Me): I'm so glad to have you.

I kissed his cheek and hugged him.

He smiled.

And Marcus was gone. I couldn't find him anywhere. I didn't look for him actually. I was having fun with my friends.

I was smiling all the time.

My heart was hurting a little bit.

But I was okay.

I was actually okay without him.

But I don't wanna be okay if it's gonna be without him.
