9| S M A R T

"Stay here," Her father order before locking her inside her room, the room was dark and cold as her tears falling from her eyes. Her father was out maybe in danger. Her heart beating faster as she hearing the conversation between them.

The sound of the man seems like deep, Her father arguing with them but not until a gun sound heard making her eyes widen. She muffle her cries as she walk backward to hide herself under the bed.

"Father," She mumble while crying but obviously no one hear her cause she hiding there.

Scarlet wokeup and look around. Her heart beating faster as she saw this nightmare again. She take a deep breath before hugging her body. The tears start falling from her eyes remembering the most traumatic scene.

She is alone in this room, no one knows how she used to cries in night. Taking a deep breath she trying to calm down herself. She reach out to the drawer and take out her medicine before gulping with the glass of water.

Now she clam down, looking out from the window, the sky still dark indicating it's still night, She stood up from the bed and walk out from the room towards the backyard. She look at the sky as the cold breeze hit her hot body.

Feeling calmness she look back towards Taehyung room, He is standing there in the window looking at her. She smile at him and he smile back before coming out from the room.

He walk towards her and stand behind her before looking at her. "You still awake," She asked and he nodded, "I don't feel like sleeping," He said and  she nodded.

"Hot chocolate," She asked and he nodded his head, they both walk inside the house walking towards the kitchen. "I like the way you made," He said and she let out a chuckle. "Really?" He nodded his head.

"You are awake too, I thought you were sleep," He said and she look up to him, "hmm, I was sleeping but it just I wokeup," She said and he nodded, she make hot chocolate for them and he gladly take it.

They both walk towards the fireplace to have some warmth. They enjoy the silence along with the cup of hot chocolate. He steal the glance at her trying to find a topic. "Is everything going well with Gang," He said and she nodded her head. She take  a sip of the hot chocolate before looking at him.

"You seems happy today?" She said and he nodded his head with a small smile plaster on his face. "Today I met Aera in Coffee shop," He said and she nodded her head, Jealously filled in her heart but she become silent. He noticed the change in her behaviour so he decide to say.

"She look happy with her small family," He said and take a sip. He let out a chuckle and look at her,"She suggest me to move on," She take a deep breath and look at him. "Its not easy to move on, Its not like she will move one if you kidnapped her here," She said scarcity. He smile looking at her reaction.

He rested his face on his palm and look at her features. She is breathtaking even without makeup, her messy hair doesn't make her ugly but it make her even more natural and beautiful. He used to read her face whenever they were sleeping with eachother cause he was the one wokeup everytime.

He might have lots of options, He might have lots of girl but he decided to give a opportunity to her. She is someone special for him. She is his first just like he is. But he seems glad with the fact that he lost his virginity with her. He might not love her and it was just an accident but he can't let the fact out that how she always supports him like a backbone.

But there is something which stopping him from doing anything, That was something which stopping him cause he know once and forever he will regret the things happen in the past. He let out a sigh as they both stayed in silence.

No one dare to speak anything. She stood up and look at him. "Its late, you should sleep to," He nodded his head and she take his cup from his hand and walk towards the sink and wash it.

The guilt was killing him inside but she is unaware of the pressure he feel as the days passing. The pressure and fear of losing her, Maybe the fear of facing her after she know everything.

He walk inside the room and shut down the door. "I should tell her as soon as possible."

Walking inside the formal resturant, with her member of PIC (Partner in Crime) Scarlet smirk as she went inside the familiar and private room greeted by the chief sitting on the chair. They stood up as they saw her walk inside.

They greet her before sitting down. She cross her leg and comfortably settle on her seat. She look towards Jessie and she nodded her head. "Mr. Oh Daniel," Scarlet say and he take a sip of his drink.

"What will I get if I help you with this?" He asked and she smirk and Jessie slide the file infront of him, he look towards scarlet and she gesture him to open and read it.

"I hear you have a family and children to raise, So what if I help you with this," She said and he look at her with her widen eyes. "PIC is the biggest and hidden organisation run by me, I have whole information of the crime and also with evidence I can help you, moreover my team will help you with every project but secretly, but in return I want you to be my side," She said and he close the file and look at her.

"What if I don't agree?" He asked and she let out a chuckle, "there is no way you can't agree and if don't then I have something to ruin you personal and professional life completely," She said and Jessie played a video in her mac book and show him.

"Don't you think if this video will out, what will happen to you then," She said and smirk, his face fall. "If you come in my side you will always get, You don't have anything to loose, But if not then, You know what will happen," He gulp and nodded his head.

"Don't take me lightly, with one snap of my finger i can ruin your life so be faithful and loyal with me to the end,"  He nodded his head and she smile and shook her hand with him.

She stood up and walk out with jessie, Jessie proudly smile at scarlet plan as she look at her boss.  "You have a smart brain," Jessie said and Scarlet let out a laugh.

"That's how you play the game Jessie, Not everything you can ride off the opponent sometime you have to use them to defeat them."
