Chapter 10: Thieves and Horses

Salutations fellow bokoblins. Sorry for not uploading. I was really busy yesterday. Let's continue forth, shall we?

Lucius POV

I wake up and get up from my bed. I go to get change and return to the main room. 

Lucius: "Hey Lisomah, you up?"

Lisomah: "Yeah. Give me a second."

I go to grab my stuff and put my bag on my back. 

Lisomah: "Alright. I'm ready."

Lucius: "How are you with navigation? I'm not skilled in it."

Lisomah: "Being out on the sea for weeks gave me the chance to learn. So I'm pretty good at it. Where is the map?"

Lucius: "Here it is."

I grab the map and give it to Lisomah.

Lisomah: "Thank you. Let's make our way to the general store. We can get food there."

Lucius: "Alright."

We leave the room and return the keys to the receptionist. We leave the in and head to the general store. They are relatively close together in the city center. We walk in and hear a commotion.

Thief Chief: "Alright miss. Give us the money from the safe. Or this blade meets your flesh."

Clerk: "Alright, give me a second. Please don't hurt me."

Lisomah: "There are three burglars over there. Let's help the lady out."

Lucius: "Let's not kill them. If we can drive them out it will cause fewer problems."

Lisomah: "I get you. Let's move."

We walk towards the thief. We both give a look of intimidation. The thieves look over at us.

Thief Chief: "Would you look at that? Two idiots wanting to die today. Your looks don't scare us."

He points to two of his comrades. 

Thief Chief: "You two deal with these travelers. I'll grab the money."

Thieves: "Yes sir."

They unsheath their rapiers. We unsheath ours. Lisomah's blades glow a fiery red. They charge at us. We easily block them and knock the weapons out of their hands. The swords fall to the floor away from them.

Thief: "Um. Boss?"

Thief Cheif: "What do you want?"

He looks at us as a look of anger dawns his face.

Thief Chief: "You idiots. These two are just common travelers. Just let me kill them."

He stands in front of his two men and readies his longsword. He runs straight towards me. I prepare to block. His blade collides with mine. I strike his sword out of his hands. He looks at us with fear. 

Thief Chief: "Who are you two. You're not normal travelers. We could kill those people easily."

Lisomah: "We'll be your worst nightmare. So how about you three leave this place? If not, then fire will meet your skin."

The three thieves grab their blades and run out as quick as they can. I look at Lisomah.

Lisomah: "What? I had to scare them off. I wasn't going to actually kill them. Not here."

Lucius: "You can be scary sometimes."

Lisomah: "All for intimidation. Are you okay miss?"

Clerk: "I'm fine thanks to you two."
