Them my heart dropped the Mariano aimed the gun at Mattia's head

Then there was a loud noise.

My eyes flashed open and I sat up my chest moving rapidly as I breathed heavily. I looked over to see Omar standing at the door with a smile on his face.

Omar? Why am I hear? In my room? What?

"I didn't mean to slam the door I swear" he laughed and walked to me, "what happens did I die?" I started to tear up.

"What? No" he said now looking concerned but looked like he wanted to laugh

"But you're dead and so is mom" I backed away "that hurt...um anyways hurry we need to be at your college soon moms not going...it's okay it was just a dream" he wiped my tears then hugged me

"No it isn't!" I pushed him away

"I was killed, you and mom are dead, you were shot and 6 years later she died" I said and he looked at me

"Lani listen it was just a dream, mom and I are alive and so are you" he looked concerned now

"No this isn't true-"

"Shut the fuck up bitch and hurry up or you finding a new ride to your college" he smacked my head

With that he left my rooms me I sat there.

Just thinking about it all.

After a couple minutes I got up and went to take a shower.

"Mija you almost done?" My mom knocked "yea" I said back as I changed into some ripped jeans and a light blue oversized hoodie with a sports bra underneath.

"Morning" I said walked slowly downstairs "yea take your time dumbass" Omar said walking to the front door "Lani everything okay?" My mom said as I walked into the kitchen.

"Yea everything is fine....everything" I gave her a weak smile.

"Lani I know your lying" she leaned in the fridge as I tried to open it.

"Ma I'm fine don't worry" I smiled then she looked at me before moving.

"Bye mom! I'm going to miss you!" She yelled as I ran out the house "bye mom I'm gonna miss you" I turned around and walked back to the front door.

"Take care" she rubbed my back before letting go

I smiled and got in the car.

"So um you gon tell me about that dream" he broke the silence.

"Nope" I looked at him.

I still think all this is a joke. It felt real although it also felt like a dream.

"Bitch you said I was fucking killed and I wanna know" he stoped the car in the middle of the road

"What the hell you doing?" I said "you gonna tell me?" He said crossing his arms as cars stared to honk at us

"No the fuck." I looked at him.

"Then I'm not going to drive" he said looking forward

"I need to get to college you dumbfuck" I said looking back at all the other cars "listen dipshit I'm not moving until you tell me" he said with a smile in the end

"Fine."

"Yay!" He smiled and started to drive "you may start now" he smiled

"I hate you" I said "aww I love you too sister" he said and I rolled my eyes

"So um you got shot" I said "bitch I want details" he looked at me quickly

"You know Adrian. Yea wel-"

"That fucking asshole was in your dream? Don't tell me that motherfucker killed me" he looked at me

"He shot you because he was jealous of you and your girlfriend but like you and me had an argument back at home....and well I screamed I hate you and I'm you left the house...I didn't stop you so many minutes later I got a call that you were found dead...days after that he confessed he shot you because of that" I said

"Damn" he raised his eyebrows "anything else?" He said

"Oh i was in comma and like I woke up basically not believing it was you, it was like your spirit and well I slapped you then many times after that we would be talking spiritually if that makes sense" I said and he nodded

"It would've been better if I hunted you" he chuckled "you bitch" I smiled looking out the window

"But why did you look hurt? Like sad" he said

"Oh it's nothing" I said

The rest of the frat drive I fell back asleep.

"We're here pendeja" he slapped me "you bitch" I punched his arm "ouch" he rubbed his arm

"oUcH bitch next time don't hit me" I rolled my eyes and stepped out the car.
