didn't think we'd get along ~sakuatsu~

Date Night I

sakusa's pov

"Buy some popcorn too!" Atsumu tells me as we where in the shop, shopping for groceries, it was 7 pm and I was just preparing to cook dinner, it was already dark ince it's autumn, the sun was taking it's leave. We had a pretty long list,another waste of money for sweets and snacks.

We pay and get out of the shop, it was heavily raining so we carried around an umbrella, he  was energetic and kept talking about his day, of course I didn't mind it, even if i wasn't speaking a lot, i was listening to all he said, i chose not to ignore him. We bought some popcorn, ice scream and chips, we were about to watch some anime he kept telling me about, now that I think of it, I guess it doesn't sound that bad.

We arrive in our apartment and get our shoes off, all though we had a big umbrella, we were still and wet when we arrived home, i couldn't wait to take a shower, i hurry to the bathroom and wash my hands, after that, I look in the mirror. Wow. My hair grew a lot, maybe it was time to get a haircut.

After we both took a shower, I wnt on my phone reading through the messages the other sent earlier in the group chat. As I was looking through my phone,'Tsumu approached me,he was pretty joyful and energetic.

"Omii!! Let's do a tent out of blankets." That sounds like something he would say, it's pretty stupid and childish but I guess I had no better thing to do anyways. I knew it won't be that bad, since I pretty much enjoy anime.

"Okay, fine" I sigh, slightly smile and answer him.

Atsumu immediately gets up and searches for lots of blankets and pillows all around the house, as he was doing that, I was in the kitchen preparing the snacks, he usually eats a lot when he is emotional, i'm surprised he still didn't gain any weight, he may soon if he continues like this, well,he's an emotive person in general, so I already got used to it.

When I wnt back to the living room he already had about blankets, I didn't even know we had this many in the first place, there were also about 4 pillows, he tried to arrange them in a way they would stay in place so I put the sweets and snacks on the table to help him. As we finish dealing with the blankets, he was getting the laptop ready, we were about to watch My Hero Academia, Season 2, i wonder what this was all about.

We walk in into the blanket tent. I repeat myself, this was so childish, we were two grown men, and excluding that, I was 194 cm and he was 190 cm, so we weren't small either, before starting the movie Atsumu stares at me for a second. I was confused.

"Is there something wrong?" I question him and look in his eyes, he was already shoving an onigiri down his throat, yeah, he wasa foodie.

"Your hair, it grew a lot" He replies my question and tucks his hair behind my ear,oh god, he was so cute like this,i couldn't help but soften up for him.

"You are prettier like this, Omii-kun!" I smile and kiss his hand, wow, I guess we are making process, our relationship was never this close as it is now, i think..

I think i may started to fall for him.

Back to the subject, he was quite surprised by my act, i'm pretty sure he couldn't have expected a kiss, i hope he liked it though, these moments are pretty unique.

Atsumu looks at me with is innocent yet surprised face and cuddles me, well I liked that, he was pretty touchy and needed constant attention but he wasn't a burden to me, so I don't complain, I liked the feeling of having him in my arms, of seeing him smile and stroking his hair, I think I got quite sensible to him, and that wasn't a good thing, it wasn't one at all.

I think I got attached. I mean, my feelings for someone where never this intense before so I think that this is this is the only logical explanation for how I'm feeling right now, yeah that's right.

"Hey Kyoomi?" He was about to ask me a question, I was curious now.
"Do you love me?" Well that. That's a big question, I can't avoid answering it forever, i eventually have to give him a concrete answer, and I know that, but replying to I love you was always something difficult for me, all though, I knew that if I wanted this to work, I should express my feelings using words as well.

"Yes, i do." I blushed because I felt kinda embarrassed since I never told someone something like this before, i didn't know how he will react, will he like my response? I can't believe i'm getting nervous over this.

"Kyoomi!!" He screams my name in his whiny cute voice and hugs me tightly, ugh, he doesn't let go now. Pathetic. Absolutely pathetic. Well, i had to admit that he was adorable but that was another subject.

We were planning on watching a movie but we just stood like that for a while, he showered me in soft kisses and hugs which made me embarrassed and I pushed him closer, we also kissed a little, but I guess we finally acted like a couple and that was definitely a good thing, I knew that,I got comfortable with him now, I truly never got this comfortable to someone before , but feeling in love felt in fact kinda nice, I loved the sensation.

He clings to me once more and whispers in my ear softly.

"I love you Omii."

"I love you too."
