Draco's pov~
The rest of the month went by fast. Y/n and I started to grow close. We became friends you could say. There was a part of me that wanted to be more. Over the course of the month I grew a soft spot for her. I liked her. I admired her, a lot. I never liked anyone like this before. She is different.

Everything at school was changing. Professor Umbridge was trying to take over the school and change all the rules.

Dinner just ended and everyone was in their dorms. I decided to head up to the astronomy tower. I walked up the stairs. I opened the door to see y/n standing by the railing. She turned her head over her shoulder and smiled at me.
"Can i join you?" I asked. Looking at her then the stars.

She nodded and i joined her at the railing. The stars were shinning bright.
She sighed, the moon light hit her face causing this weird feeling in my stomach. There was a good moment of silence.
"You feeling alright?" I asked finally.
She nodded her head and looked away as if she were hiding something.
"It looks like you need a cheerleader," I said trying to make her laugh. I even pretended I had pom-poms in my hand and pretend to shake them. She smiled. I loved her smile.

"Yes Malfoy, a cheerleader would be quite wonderful." She said delightedly.
"Call me Draco."
She looked at me and raised her eyebrow.
"I thought no one calls you Draco," she asked mysteriously.
"I guess you're the only exception," I said with a wink.
She rolled her eyes and walked towards the door.

She turned around and said "I think you have gone mad.... Draco." She smirked.
"I can't help myself y/n I find cheerleaders cute." I said standing taller and walked towards her.
"What's your point" she asks.
I smile and look her up and down.
"I think you already know" I say.
She blushed and then turned around and left the room.

The next day I woke up early and went outside for a little walk. I went outside to see y/n sitting on the field of grass. I walked up to her and sat down beside her.
"Morning," I said.
"Good morning," she said back.
She was wearing a black t-shirt and the slytherin uniform skirt. It was quite cold outside. I moved closer to her and she placed her head on my shoulder. We watched the fall leaves gracefully fall off the trees. The cold fall breeze came swiping the leaves everywhere.

"Do you want my sweater?" I asked y/n.
She nodded as she hugged herself trying to keep herself warm. I took of my sweater leaving me in just a white dress shirt. She took the sweater and put it on. I put my arm around her.
"You know Christmas is coming up," I say.
"Yeah I know, I'm staying here for Christmas though." She told me. But she seemed happy about it.
"I am too!" I said quickly without thinking.

Y/n pov~
The day rolled by and it was dinner time. I headed down to the Main Hall for dinner. As I walked in I heard Draco yell "Hey cheerleader, come sit here." Pointing to the spot in front of him. "That's miss cheerleader for you!" I snap back and I head towards the seat and sat down.
Draco looked at me with his storm eyes. His eyes reminded me of an eye of a hurricane. Beauty surrounded by chaos.

Dinner cleared up fast and everyone headed back to their common room. Draco and everyone left the table leaving me alone.
I finished eating and headed out to the slytherin common room. I opened the door slowly trying not to make a loud noise. I walked in slowly as I heard a very familiar voice. It was Draco and Zabini.

"Why are you so nice to her? Zabini questioned Draco.
"I don't know!" Draco yelled back. I had never seen Draco yell before. His voice was cold and crisp. I knew I shouldn't be ease-dropping but I couldn't help myself. Who were they talking about? Many questions ran through my head.

"You like her don't you?" Zabini's voice seemed to be getting calm. He was trying to get something out of Draco. I couldn't figure out what.
"Fine! I like y/n do you have a problem with that Blaise?" Draco yelled as he got up and left. I let myself lean against the stone wall.

Draco liked me? I was puzzled. I ran to my dorm and sat on my bed. I was in shock. Draco was flirting but wasn't it all sarcastic? I hugged my knees.

The sky was a dark Gray. Remind me of his storm eyes. I never saw him as more than a friend. But now that I had, I couldn't get it out of my head.
