Y/n pov~
After strolling around the field for an hour we approached the entrance. We walked up the wide steps and walked inside. As we entered back inside there was a shadowed finger waiting for us. It was Draco's mom.
I had no idea what to say or do. I kind of wanted to turn around and run away, Mrs. Malfoy was quite intimidating. The idea of being in front of her scared me even more then it should. "Hello there, you must be y/n, Draco talks about you a lot," Mrs. Malfoy said. Her voice was quite and soft. It had a raspy tint to it. I smiled at the idea of Draco talking to her about me. She calmly welcomed me back inside. She leaded Draco and I to this small room. It had a table with leather chairs surrounding the black wooden table. On the table was delicate tea set. Mrs. Malfoy sat down first leaving 2 seats in front of hers for Draco and I.
she poured a cup of tea and handed it to me. The room was quite as she poured 2 more cups of tea, and handed on to Draco. "I heard you guys talking," she said. I looked over at Draco who was fiddling with the tea cup. His hands were tensed up. The veins in his hands looked like they were going to explode. "I want to help him," I say breaking the silence that was forming. Draco lifted his head and narrowed his eyes into mine. Mrs. Malfoy on the other hand looked relieved. "I want to help, I don't want him to do it alone," I cry. Draco wasn't pleased.
"He will like to hear about this, I'll call him over as soon as I can," Mrs. Malfoy said. She got up and then left the room. The room started quite for a moment, as Draco gathered hhis words to yell at me. "You can't help me!" Draco screams looking dead into my soul. I shivered as the room got colder. "I should have never told you," he hissed. "Take that back now!" I snap. I get up from the cold leather chair and stomp towards the door. Draco gets up and tries to stop me. Draco grabs my forearm and pulls me into a hug. Soon all of our anger melted into tear. He placed his chin on top of my head and I barried my face in his chest sobbing. I didn't care if I was risking my life, all I knew was I wasn't going to let Draco do this alone.
I wiped my tears away as we walked back to Draco's room. Once he came here nothing would be the same. I wanted to take Draco and run away. Somewhere far and have everything go back to normal. It was like Draco read my mind because as I sat down on the bed Draco put his arms around me and said "One day this all will end and we can go back to you being a cheerleader and me capturing you in snowball fights." I couldn't help but let out a little laugh.
As day turned into night Draco and I cuddled up on his bed, I made Draco read a muggle book with me. "You know muggle books aren't as bad as I thought," Draco says after reading the final chapter. He closed the book and placed it on his nightstand. "We should get some rest," Draco said as he laid down. I laid down on the pillow next to his and whispered "I'm not sleepy thought." Draco rolled his body closer to mine. "Is that so," he asked. Although the room was very dark I could see a shadow like outline of everything. I moved my body to face Draco. I moved my hand to touch Draco's face. I leaned in and kissed his jawline like I always did. He wrapped his arms around my body. I let my body melt in his arms as I fell asleep to the sound of his heartbeat.
My eyes opened pretty late the next morning. I was still in Draco's arms. He was sleeping peacefully. He looked harmless while he slept, he couldn't hurt a fly even if he wanted too. He slowly opened his eyes, his storm eyes looked straight into mine. I stretched out my body a bit make Draco laugh a bit. "Morning," Draco said. He gave me a small kiss and then messed up my hair. "As if my bed head wasn't bad enough," I say letting out a small laugh. I reach over and mess up Draco's hair. We both laugh, deep down we knew our laughs were going to be tears and cries soon.
We got up and got ready. I ended up stealing one of Draco's sweaters, he didn't really seem to care instead he smirked when he saw. Draco wore his classic black suit. We headed to the dinning room for breakfast. We sat down in two seats beside each other. Mrs. Malfoy walked by and stopped right behind us and said, "He will be here at 3." And then walked away as if she hadn't said anything. We ate breakfast and headed back to his room as we waited for You know Who to come. We entered Draco's and room and Draco locked the door. "I beg you, don't do this. You can't join him just for me," Draco exclaimed. I looked at him, and then looked away as I couldn't stand how disappointed he looked.
Although I had made up my mind; Draco strongly disagreed. He didn't want me to help him as he knew just how dangerous it all was.
A million thoughts ran through my head, what would mom think? And dad. They will hate me forever after they found out."Y/n and Draco, The dark lord is here," calls Mrs. Malfoy. It had seemed like Draco and I were only in his room for a couple minutes arguing, but I guess it had been a few hours. I look at Draco. As confident I was, and as much as I wanted to be there for Draco, I got cold feet. The dark lord wasn't a joke and he could kill me in seconds. "You don't have to do this, it's not to late. Run away, I'll make up something," Draco said as I make my way towards the hallway. "I'm not turning back, I'm going to do whatever it takes to help you," I call.
We walk into the hall way and slowly approach the room in which the dark lord sat. The door was closed and everyone was waiting outside. I looked at Draco. Mrs.Malfoy turned her head to me and said "he wants to speak to you alone first." I walk away from Draco and open the door and step inside facing none another than the dark lord himself.
