Time was rolling so fast, it was winter break. I was excited to head home, see my family. The cabinet was stressing me out, and forgetting about it for a few weeks was just what I needed. Mom and dad said that we would have a nice chill break just like the old days. But Draco also did invite me to this Christmas party which I can't miss. He told me it's a 'fancy ballroom party' that will take place on Christmas Eve, and apparently my parents are invited too. Makes no sense because I don't even think my parents know his family. Regardless, it will be fun.
We got on the Hogwarts express looking for where all of our friends were, the train was cold but welcoming in its own way. I sat down beside Blaize with Draco in front of me. He legs entangled with mine under the table.
"So Blaize are you and Pansy coming to the ball?" Draco asked.
"We are we both talked to our parents already."
"That's amazing I can't wait- it's going to be so fun," I say.
"You still need a dress young lady," Draco says as he pulled a piece of parchment out of his suit pocket. He hands me the parchment , on it was written a store name.
"What is this for?" I ask.
"Mother really likes this store, she wanted to come help u pick out a dress but she doesn't have time- so instead she talked to the store she would have taken you too and then already have a few dresses for you, you just have to go try it on and pick your favourite."
Blaize steals the parchment from my hand, his face goes in shock.
"Draco this store his crazy expensive, and that's coming from me so you can imagine how expensive it is," he says as he hands me back the parchment.
"Draco umm I don't mean to sound like I'm
Not grateful but, I don't think my parents can afford to get me an expensive dress like that right now, you know the whole move and everything. But please Tell your mother I'm really sorry and I really do appreciate the thought."
He smirks trying not to laugh at me, even Blaize looked like he was going to laugh his heart out.
"Darling the dress is pre-paid you don't have to worry about it," Draco said
