Y/n pov~
The train came to a stop. We got up and got off the train. I grabbed his hand and held it tight. It was cold, walking out of the heated train and into the cold train station was quite a move. We then walked through the wall and entered the muggle world. We walked out of kings court, I was surprised Draco wasn't mad about how mysterious I was being.
"Okay what are we doing here?" Draco asked. His voice sounded like he was annoyed.
"Well when I was thinking about what we could do today, I remember you probably never had much of a normal Christmas. So I talked to some people and found a way for us to come to London for the day. This way we can enjoy some amazing things and have a blast!" I said with excitement written all over my face. Draco on the other hand looked shocked. I couldn't blame him."Well what's up first?" He asked.
I held Draco's hand as we walked the streets of London. Both our faces were red since it was so cold outside. As we walked the streets I pulled Dracos arms and dragged him to come look at stupid little things. I pointed to things and showed him every small detail. Made jokes and tried to make him laugh. Also did a bit of window shopping on the way.
Finally we made it to our first stop. It was a tiny café. We sat down at one of the tables. The walls of the café were a light brown and the floors were a dark wood. An old man came over and asked us what we wanted. I told him to get us all the Christmas related treats they had.
The man came back with plates of treats. Gingerbread cookies, sugar cookies, a lot of cookies. He also brought us some hot chocolate and a glass of milk. Draco was awfully pleased.
The cookies were warm and freshly baked and so yummy. Draco seemed to be enjoying the food just as much as me. He looked happy, which made me happy. I had brought Draco to the café because I knew he would have never been to a tiny café like this. Knowing his parents it was always master chefs and 5 star hotels. I wanted him to experience something small but meaningful.
After eating we headed back outside and walked to a movie theatre. Luckily the movie place was close to the café. We walked in the movie theatre and bought tickets for a Christmas movie. We also got some popcorn.
At first Draco hated the idea of it, but once the movie started I think he rather loved it. The movie was good and definitely brought us in the Christmas spirit. When the movie ended Draco couldn't stop laughing about how funny the movie was. He basically made fun of all the characters.
"You know y/n this has been quite the day. I never thought I would be spending Christmas on the streets of London." Draco said as he put his arm around me pulling me closer.
Then for our last stop we headed to my house. Since my parents weren't home the place was missing the Christmas spirit but it had to do.
We walked up the front steps and I opened the door. Draco seemed interested in the house. We took off our coat's and boots and heading into the kitchen. Draco sat down on at the island while I reached into the pantry and grabbed a gingerbread house kit. I was sure Draco had never made one before.
I sat down beside him and I opened the box. The smell of gingerbread filled the room.
I told Draco how it works and the instructions on how to make it not look like a hot mess.We got working. "This is definitely not as easy as it sounded," Draco called while he tried to place the roof on. I giggled. Once the house was built it was time to decorate, which I took very seriously.
As I was placing candies on the roof, Draco thought it would be funny to put icing on my nose. We laughed as I tried to get my tongue to reach the icing on my nose.
Then as pay back I put icing on his nose, and he put some on my cheek and it turned into an icing war.
At last the gingerbread house was finished and it was also time for us to head back to kings court and go to Hogwarts. We took the bus to the station. I don't think Draco had ever taken a city bus before. Once we got to kings court I looked back behind us to the streets of London. Draco turned around too and whispered "thank you." We went inside the station and then walked through the wall between platform 9 and 10 and ended up at platform 9 and 3/4.
Draco's pov~
As we got on the train I felt this warmth and love I had never left before. When I looked at her I felt this feeling inside I couldn't express it. This Christmas was truly the best Christmas. Exploring the streets of London was something I never thought I would do.
I knew this Christmas was going to be great but I had no idea it was going to be this amazing. I looked at y/n and wished we could spend every Christmas like this, together. Every holiday and every day. Creating new memories I could never imagine of.
As we got on the train y/n couldn't stop laughing. "Why you laughing?" I asked. She laughed as she pointed to my nose. I felt my nose to feel icing. I wiped the icing on my sleeve and looked at y/n. She was already ready to run.
She sprinted off her seat and began to run away from me as I chased her around the train. The train was so different when it was empty. I liked it a lot more without all those annoying huffelpuffs, ravenclaws and griffindorks.
Then after chasing y/n through the train, I cornered her. I caught her and tickled her. Then I pulled her in for a hug. For some reason being with y/n was like the fuel my body needed. For many reasons I wished time stopped there.
