Adora x Neko!Reader R19

(I finished Season 3 of Kipo and may I just say it was exquisite *chef kiss* and I am very sad that it was the final season.)

You and the rest of your friends had just returned to the castle after a fight with the Horde. Everyone had some scratches and bruises but you had this nasty scratch on your side from fighting Catra. You masked your pain though, not wanting Adora to get worried. However, you started lagging behind when everyone was walking up the stairs, the pain getting to much. Adora noticed this and turned around, "Y/n? You okay?" Everyone else turns around at Adora's question to watch as you go to nod your head before freezing and lifting your hand off your side. Showing that your hand is covered in blood before promptly passing out. (Kinda like that scene in Mulan, the animated on cause I haven't watched the live action one yet, where she saves that guy and then they find out she's a girl.)

When you wake up you're laying on a super soft bed. When you finally look around you realize your in you and Adora's shared room and that Adora is no where in sight. You move to sit up some and lean against the headboard and hiss in pain a little. When you look down at your side you see the bandage is a lot longer than you expected, maybe you down played your injury a little too much. When you finally get yourself set you notice that it's night time now and start to wonder where Adora was. You smile when you see the small glass painting of you and Adora that you both got done on a date night one time. You pick up the picture and rub it a little with a smile, that was a good memory. You look away from the picture when you hear the door open and see Adora trying to quietly get into the room with a tray of food. When she finally closes the door and turns around, she nearly drops your food when she turns around and sees that you're awake. "Y/n!" She says as she walks over fast and holds the tray out for you. "I didn't know if you would be awake of not so I brought food." You give her a smile as you put the glass down and let Adora put the tray in your lap before going to change into her pajamas, but not before giving you a kiss. You smiled into the kiss as you could feel Adora relax into it. "Did I miss anything while I was asleep?" "No just some talk about the next battle and things like that." Adora says as she does her night time routine in the bathroom. "Well that's good..." You say as you take a bite of your sandwich.

Even though it hasn't happened yet, you know your going to get a talking to about what happened earlier. "How long was I out?" Adora sighs as she exits the bathroom and goes to sit on the bed and lean back against the headboard. "About 5 hours... Don't scare me like that again." She says with a stern voice as she wraps her arm around your shoulders and pulls you into her but not enough that you can't sit up an eat. Adora takes a deep breath as she leans her side of her head against yours and closes her eyes. You look at her for a second before grabbing a pickle and tapping her nose with it. Adora scrunches her eyes for a minute before opening them. She opens her mouth and bites the pickle while also purposefully biting your fingers. You faked the pain, "Ow Adora!" and pretended to be mad at her the rest of the time you ate. Adora rolled her eyes at your childishness and kept giving you pecks on the cheek and neck to try and get you to stop pretending to be mad. When you do finally finish, she takes the tray and takes it back to the kitchen.

When she comes back your laying sideways on the side that isn't injured. Adora gets back into bed and shifts around so that your laying on top of her and starts rubbing your back and petting your head. You end up purring against her chest and immediately blush and sit up some. "Adoraaa stop." Adora leans up to give you a kiss before saying no and pulling you back down on top of her and continues to rub your head. You roll your eyes at her and end up purring again. "I hate you." "I love you too."
