Brianna's POV:

Ever since Jeremy kissed me, our relationship has been pretty interesting. We would hold hands occasionally, and he would even give me kisses on the cheek now and then. Now, we weren't exactly together yet. I knew there were a couple things that needed to be done before that happened.

I walked down the hallway, noticing girls staring at me with envy written all over their faces. Obviously they could see that Jeremy and I had something going on. And as much as I would like to say we weren't together, I couldn't help but laugh at them. After all, payback sure is a bitch.

I opened my locker to retrieve my notebooks for first through fourth period. Once finished, I closed my locker and was surprised by someone who I didn't mind at the moment.

"Hello Jeremy."

"Hello Ms. Brianna." He said before kissing my cheek. A sudden bust of warmth and bliss flew through my body, causing my spine to tingle.

"Oh, I have something to tell you."

His eyebrows drew together with confusion. But eventually, he nodded his head.

"I want you to meet me in the courtyard before lunch. I have something I want to tell you there."

"K. Nothing that will hurt me, right?"

"Of course not."

"Cool."

I put my notebooks in my book-bag before walking to first period with Jeremy; hands intertwined.

We walked through the door and instantly all eyes were on us. My heart raced as I swallowed a large gulp of spit.

"Don't let them make you feel discouraged. You're brave." Jeremy whispered into my ear. This action caused me to smile and confidently walk to my desk. I could hear the girls next to me whispering and giggling. Knowing it was about me, I couldn't help it. So I turned to face them and went off.

"Say it out loud why don't you?! You're not hurting my feelings!"

Two of them went silent, but the other one decided to talk back.

"We're just saying how bad we feel for Jeremy. Obviously he's gone blind. 'Cause if he wasn't, he wouldn't be dating you."

"For your information hoe, that is none of your concern as to rather Jeremy and I are dating or not. And even if we are, it wouldn't matter. He was never going to like you 'cause you don't know who to keep your mouth or your legs shut."

All you heard were ohs from all around the room. I could already tell I beat her at her own game. Knowing it was the first time I have ever stood up to someone, it felt pretty damn good.

Jeremy came walking over and sat on my desk.

"I didn't know there was a fire underneath all those wounds." Jeremy teased.

I lightly hit him on his lap and he just laughed. Then he faced the bitch that was talking smack about me and spoke to her.

"Hey Hannah, how does it feel to be on the other end?"

She looked at him before speaking herself.

"Why do you like her Jeremy? You are hot and popular. She is weird and a bitch."

"Well being hot and popular isn't everything. Maybe I care about the way the girl treats herself and doesn't have to rely on someone else to make her feel happy. Obviously you hoes wouldn't understand that cause you got new boyfriends for every day of the week."
