Third Person POV, 25th Feb 2019, 6:30AM. Saffron City Pokemon Center, Floor 22, Room 338.
So... Let's just say that Sans and the team decided to stay in Saffron city for a few extra days. Well, except Charizard. The over achiever was protesting but was eventually outvoted.
Currently, Charizard was off cooking breakfast again in the kitchen. Pikachu was working with Poliwhirl to set up the table for everyone who was currently not in their Pokeballs. Alakazam was working by himself to clean up some of the mess in the room that they have made, like fixing the pillows on the couch and the bed, or just picking up rubbish. They didn't want to be rude after all and leave a mess for whoever cleaned the rooms.
Sans himself was off having a shower. Yes, even skeletons need to keep their bones fresh and clean. Even the others have had baths when they were out near a lake. Well, Charizard usually just asked Sans to help rub him down clean as he couldn't go for a bath considering if his tail flame went out, he could die.
Now, Charizard had finished making breakfast, which was chicken soup with some rice to help fill everyone's stomachs. Finally, Sans was finished showering, turned off the shower and stepped out to dry himself off with the towel. Sans had also done some shopping and also grabbed himself a new pair of jet black sneakers while he was at it, as well as some other clothes and accessories.
Of course, they weren't going to do much now, because he was always going to be cloaked. But, he might as well have a variety of clothes to chose from when he wasn't cloaked. Sans opted for a plain blue crew neck t-shirt with black shorts. When he walked out into the dining room, the others were already seated around the table, just waiting for him.
As they all ate, they decided they should head to Celadon city to challenge the grass type gym leader, Erika for the rainbow badge. They had all decided that this should be an easy win for them, especially with the strongest Pokemon being Charizard, a flying-fire type.
Sans had his phone out and showing the screen to the others, which was displaying a map of the Kanto region. They had decided, after Pikachu convinced them, to take a detour to Lavender town to meet some potentially powerful Pokemon. Then they could head to Celadon city, by heading back through Saffron City. Lavender town wasn't exactly far from Saffron City. Celadon was definitely pretty far away from Saffron, however.
Alakazam had tried to resist. "Why would we want to go through Lavender town?" The psychic type had tried to protest, having a slightly scared expression. Poliwhirl sighed. "He's only scared because he also knows that Lavender town is well known for the powerful ghost types in Pokemon Tower," The water type explained with a slightly bored expression.
The psi Pokemon glared at him. "Hey! It's not like you're the one weak to ghost type Pokemon!" He defended himself. Poliwhirl simply rolled his eyes at him.
So it was decided then, with Alakazam giving in eventually. They were going to head out onto Route 8 when they had checked out of the Pokemon Center room. Sans headed off to pack up the stuff he had taken out of his bag and also to put on his cloak. Charizard and the others went to clean the stuff used during breakfast.
Finally, with everything cleaned up and ready to go and Sans in his hooded black cloak, Sans returned everyone to their Pokeballs, even Charizard -temporarily. The lizard Pokemon obviously couldn't fit in the elevator down. When he reached the ground floor -the Pokemon centre- he went over to the desk to return his keys to nurse Joy.
"Good morning nurse Joy," Sans greeted the woman behind the desk. Sans handed her the keys. "We're going to be headed out now." Nurse Joy nodded and took the keys from Sans. "Thank you and we hope you had a nice stay," Nurse Joy said joyfully. Then she chuckled. Sans asked her why she was chuckling.
