Third Person POV, 26th Feb 2019, 10:23AM. Pokemon Center, Room 12.
After a lengthy breakfast full of family bonding, everyone headed off to get ready for the day. Charizard like usual, was doing clean up of the mess from breakfast. Sans and the siblings had gone off to the bedroom so that Sans could give them a bit of a rubdown to clean then up a bit.
Roman and Arial were on the bed, while Sans was using a slightly damp washcloth to wipe them clean. Sans rubbed their bodies and also polished up the skulls they wore until they were shining. Although the two usually disliked water or anything wet, due to their ground typing, they had to admit that the rubdown and feeling of cleanliness was really good.
"Thanks Dad!" Roman and Arial said when Sans was done. The skeleton chuckled and rubbed the top of his children's heads fondly. "It's no problem."
"Now, you two run along and play or watch TV while your uncle and I do clean up," Sans told the two. They nodded and headed to the couch to go watch some TV to pass the time. Sans began cleaning up the room by arranging the blankets and pillows on the bed the way they were when they arrived in the room.
Next, Sans gathered up the books and any other items that he or Charizard had taken out of the bag and put it back inside. The skeleton went to the kitchen to help his brother in clean up. While Charizard washed the dishes, Sans wiped the kitchen tabletop and countertop clean with a cloth.
Once they were done there, Charizard went to go play with the kids while Sans got his cloak on quickly. When Sans was done, he was met by the amusing sight of Roman and Arial debating about who was going on who's head today when they went out.
"Alright, I'll go with dad," Roman said decided. Charizard went to pick up Arial and placed her on his head. "And I guess you're with me then," Charizard chuckled. Sans went over to pick up Roman and put him on his head as well. The skeleton still yet had to figure out what it was that made the two enjoy sitting on top of their heads.
After doing one final sweep to check nothing was forgotten and that the room was looking as clean as they could get it, the four of them left to go give the room keys back to Nurse Joy. As the four were heading out, Charizard and Sans were bantering about who the kids would like more while the kids in question were just watching the whole thing giggling.
This was the sight that Nurse Joy, Mr. Fuji and Reina were greeted by when the four came out to the main reception area of the Pokemon Center. Nurse Joy cooed at the cuteness of the sight. "Good morning Nurse Joy, Reina and Mr. Fuji," Sans greeted them all. The siblings and Charizard waved as well.
"Ah! Good morning Shadow. Are you lot heading out now?" Mr. Fuji greeted, not expecting to run into Shadow on their weekly trip to the Pokemon Center. Sans nodded. "Yeah, we were just about to give our keys back to Nurse Joy and head over to Celadon for the next gym battle," Sans explained.
"Wow! Good luck to you guys then!" Reina said. Sans chuckled. "Thanks." Reina giggled at Roman and Arial. "Those two seem really comfortable on your heads," Reina remarked. Charizard rolled his eyes good-naturedly. "The two were honestly debating who was going to go on who's head," Charizard commented. Sans laughed. "Yeah bro, it was pretty amusing to see that," Sans said.
"See what?" Mr. Fuji asked, not able to understand what Charizard said. Sans spent some time explaining to them what had gone on just before they were all leaving. They all laughed at that. Each of them internally were very surprised and impressed by the bond that had quickly been formed between not only Sans, but Charizard as well. Mr. Fuji also took note about how Sans seemed to be very fond of the siblings.
While Sans was conversing with the humans, Charizard was having fun with the siblings. "Alright, whose up for a fly around on me at sunset?" He asked them. Charizard really was dropping a bunch of his standards just to be the best uncle he could be to Roman and Arial. The two, obviously just liking the idea of a fly around and their obvious like for Charizard, they both started nodding in excitement.
