No one knew Lena was pregnant and she figured now wasn't the best time to say anything. Every morning Lena would come by the hospital to see Alex miserably sitting next to Kara, and each morning Alex said the same thing ;
"If you want to talk to her she'll hear you she just won't be able to reply."And every time lena would say;
"No i'm okay, thanks" she just couldn't bring herself to talk to Kara. Kara was always so strong and always had a smile on her face it broke Lena to see Kara this lifeless. All Lena wanted was to see Kara's bright and big smile just one more time. Lena finally felt the need to talk to Kara so the next time she came in and Alex asked if she wanted to talk to Kara she finally said yes. As Alex walked out Lena sat down beside Kara.
"H-hey kara, it's me Lena." Lena said her voice trembling. "I miss you a lot and i miss that smile of yours that could light up a room. I just wish you wake up, please." Lena said now sobbing and grabbing Karas hand giving it a gentle squeeze.
"i'm pregnant i don't really know how but i haven't done it with anyone since you so i think it's your baby. but if you could please just wake up we could take a test and find out." Lena placed a kiss on Karas temple as she was abt to walk out as she felt Kara give her hand a light weak squeeze.
