Shino was getting out of school and headed to the market. She was thinking about what type of person a certain someone would be like, when she heard a familiar voice.
???: Asada....Asada Shino.....
(Y/N's POV)
Y/N's thoughts: Am I gonna get apples or oranges today...?
I was deciding which fruit I would get at the market.
Y/N's thoughts: You know what? An apple day keeps the doctor away!
I bought some apples and put it in a bag with other stuff and tried to find my bike.
Y/N's thoughts: Shit, where did I park?
I was walking around for a few minutes and realized I was lost.
Y/N's thoughts: I might need to ask someone who knows this place to give me directions....
I then heard a shady conversation going on in an alleyway.
Y/N's thoughts: What are these girls talking about?
I peeked my head and saw 4 girls.
Bitchy sounding girl: Sorry, Asada. We spent so much money at karaoke, we ran out of money for the train. We'll pay you back tomorrow, so give us this much.
Glasses girl: 10,000 yen? I don't have that much....
Bitchy sounding girl: Then go withdraw it.
Glasses girl: No.
Bitchy sounding girl: Huh?
Glasses girl: No. I'm not lending any money to you, Endou.
Y/N's thoughts: Glad to see she can stand up for herself.....
She turned to walk away, as I moved my head to not let her know I'm watching.
Endow: Tch! Don't screw with me, girl....
She got in front of the glasses girl.
Glasses girl: Get out of my way.
Endou started to make a finger gun at the glasses girl and she froze up.
Y/N's thoughts: Does she know that's only a finger? Either way, I'm not gonna let this slide.
I put my bag down and went into the alleyway.
Y/N: Hey, girls. You should stop bullying the poor girl.
Endou: And who are you?
Y/N: I'm the guy that'll call the cops if you don't stop. I would fight a girl since I support gender equality, but I don't wanna get canceled.
Endou: Tch! Let's go, girls.
The 3 girls left and I tried to go and comfort the girl.
Y/N: It's ok! They're gone, now. I know I'm just a stranger, but I'm here for you!
It took her a few minutes to calm down. She wiped her tears away.
Glasses girl: T-Thank you.
Y/N: No problem.
I got a good look at her and realized something.
Y/N's thoughts: She looks familiar....
Glasses girl: Huh? It's you again!
Y/N: Huh? Again?
Shino: I guess it has been a year.....It's me, Shino!
Y/N: Oh, yeah! I remember now!
