"What have I done" She whispered to herself as she stood by a window in the Garrison castle, glancing as all the rebels and Blades guarded up around it keeping the castle safe and free from enemy hands while Prince Matt got ready to be crowned.

She stood in her old room, facing the old garden where her dad would read to her and her brother whenever he had free time. Laying in the grass or helping both his children climb the old tree while no one was looking before jumping down and helping them down before her mum found out.

"Didn't I make an oath" She asked herself as her eyes landed on the man she loved, watching as he talked with Shiro and Lance in the garden since they be the two royal children private protectors during the king crowning making them having nothing to do as they waited for the siblings to finish dressing.

A sadden smile falling on her lips as she placed her hand on the glass, just watching him knowing he wouldn't be able to spot her from where she stood.

"To not long for things I can never have" She whispered with warmth and pain in her eyes, removing her hand as she glanced away knowing what the future held for herself.

"..Still, you continue to think of me as important" She smiled to herself, raising her finger tips to her lips as she remembered what she had to return to him for their future to happen, a blush covering her freckles cheeks.

"That I would find someone like that.." Her brother voice spoke up making her turn to see him standing in the doorway with a soft smile. He was dressed like a future king once again, the prince crown on his head that would soon be replaced as the king crown by tonight. (He dressed as the photo above just without the Altean markings).

"Was what you were going to say, I can tell by the look in your eyes my dear sister. Your not the only lucky one to find such a person, its clear to all he thinks the same" Her brother smiled gently as he stepped forward, taking in his sister who now stood not as a rebel but as a princess who may be queen one day.

"You look rather good my dear brother, our parents would be proud and I'm sure they blessed as they watch over us" She smiled sweetly, walking over to her brother as her styled long hair swayed a little with each step. Allura really did keep her promising in growing her hair long once again and now she wore the crown of the princess with pride. (She dressed as the photo above but without Altean markings).

"And they be happy for you to walk away if you must. You love him, its pure and one of the strongest love I've ever met. Dad wanted us to marry for love not for benefit, you can still take hold of such a love before I'm crowned" He replied with a small smile, concern in his eyes as he knew part of her fate.

"The life I must live is one that would only cause him pain and I hate whenever I'm with him he makes me fall deeper in love. His words make me want to stay and forget my fate just promising myself to stay but as soon as I'm free from him the truth fills my heart once again. I can't hurt him but I must to save him, so please don't give me an out becuase I'm barely keeping a strong grip now and would run at the chance to escape" She replied in a small voice, a sadden frown on her lips as she lowered her head.

"Then why not escape, my sister could have died all those years ago and only our friends will know the truth. Stay as Pidge not as Katie, live your own happy ever after instead of one full of tears" He pleaded, taking her hands in his as he looked to her eyes showing how desperate he was for her to be free.
