"Now rise for King Keith of Daibazaal" Kolivan yelled as Keith stood up from his kneeling as the king crown was placed on his head. 

Standing and facing his kingdom as they cheered for their new awaited king. He stood with pride even if those who stood closer know he was actually looking for escape routes but it was too late now, he was named king before all to see.

"Well it seems we'll be counting on you for the first round Shiro" Hunk smiled sweetly as he clapped for Keith.

"I hate all three of you, betting is bad you know" Shiro sighed as he clapped for Keith even if he did lose the bet.

"Its not our fault you held faith in Keith over not running away" Lance grinned, clapping like a crazy man since he would get a free drink tonight.

"Yeah, we just know Keith best and know he would try escaping as much as he could" Matt smirked as he gave a kingly clap towards Keith. 

"Can't I be king in my shack" Keith whispered with a slight frown as he gave his best posh wave. 

"Nope, your stuck in the castle" Lotor answered as he clapped.

"And don't even try killing yourself, we just finally found one King we not doing it twice in one week" Allura warned as she clapped. 

"I wanna go home, I want to adopt another wolf and wait in my shack .. why do I gotta get stuck with a stupid crown that won't fuck off" Keith grumbled under his breath while the others kept forced smiles, silently worrying if Keith would make a decent king or not. 

"Come on Keith, we allowed inside now" Matt smiled kindly as he stepped forward and Keith nodded.

"I just wanted to bloody married the women I love and yet the sick fucker known as god game me a crown. Well I go to hell I'm walking straight up to heaven and kicking his ass" Keith hissed as he started walking inside now he was allowed to walk in and head towards the ballroom to start the celebration ball.

"Hang in there man, once the ball is over you can lock up the castle and hide inside as much as you want" Lance promised a couple steps behind Keith.

"Just try and smile a little tonight, you the people king who they'll look up too" Hunk offered a bit of advice.

"And cut back on the cursing, your a king not a hunter now" Shiro sighed making Keith roll his eyes. 

"I know how to fake it, Katie thought her puns were good for years until you guys couldn't fake laugh in the rebels" Keith huffed back as the others grimaced at the memory of Katie bad puns. 

"Sadly, she got that from our mum" Matt weakly admitted.

"Your poor father, I wasn't sure if I could handle Katie puns forever" Keith admitted with slight pity.

"Tell me about it, she been making them since she could talk. I was too young to understand puns at first but our dad had to handle his wife and daughter making puns" Matt mumbled shaking his head a little.

"Poor man, I'm sure will how cheeky Katie could get he was living threw hell but I won't lie. I would give anything just to hear her giggle after she made a pun she was so proud over. That cute giggle of hers could brighten anyone world up, maybe even bring back the dea" Keith spoke with a gentle smile, remembering  his love giggle as it filled his ears before he froze as a flame made into a sword appeared in his hand making the others freeze.
