Matt x Stalked Reader

(Reader's POV)

  I breathed out a sigh as I opened the refrigerator door at the corner store. I grabbed my precious (F/D) and turned to go find some other things for the road. I was on the look for somewhere else to say. I looked down the candy aisle and grabbed some (F/C) and went to the check out with everything I grabbed. As I waited for the cashier to bag my belongings a guy walked up and stood next to me.

  "You alone?" he asks. I look at him and nod. I looked down at the bags before grabbing them and started to head out the door. The guy gave me chills but I decided to push them down. Before I got in my car a voice spoke to me. It was the same guy. "Could you maybe give me a ride? I need to get somewhere but don't have a car" he said while stepping in front of me. "If you ride with me you gotta pay for gas. Get out my way. You make me uncomfortable" I spit. I was in a sour mood since I was so tired.

  He looked offended for a second, before smiling. "Wrong answer sweetheart," he says. He pinned me against the wall. I had enough of his shit and kneed him in his crotch. He doubled over and I sped to my car, swinging the door open and jumping in. I locked the door and sped off. I didn't know where I was going but when I looked in the mirror there was a dark red car behind me. The guy inside was the dude from the store. I grumbled and took various turns before getting out at some random house. I ran up to the door and knocked furiously.

  The door opened to show a man in a green hoodie. "Please help me, I ran into some man in the corner store and he won't quit following me," I say. He let me in and locked the door. I flinched when pounding came to the door. "Come out you bitch!" the man growled. I backed away from the door. I heard the sound of footsteps and turned around to be met with two other people.

  One was a ginger with a purple hoodie and a green overcoat. The other one was a man with a blue hoodie. But what threw me off was his eyes. They were solid black. I decided not to question it. I was thrown various curse words through the door before the pounding died down. My breathing slowed down and I sighed from relief. "Thank you so much," I say turning to the one in the green hoodie. "No problem!" he said.

  "What the hell just happened?" the one in the blue hoodie asked. Before I could speak the one in the green hoodie spoke up. "She ran into some guy at the corner store and he started following her around," he said. The ginger just stood there and stared at me. "Sorry for bothering, I could leave now if you want," I say. The green one turned to me. "I don't think it's safe for you to leave for now. How about you stay the night and then you can leave in the morning?" he offers. I nod and pick up my bag, digging in it to find my (F/D). I opened it and took a sip.

  "So what's your name?" the green one asked. "Oh sorry, my name is (Y/N)" I say cheerfully. "Well I'm Edd, this is Matt, and that grumpy one over there is Tom," he said. As he said the names he pointed to the people they belonged to. I nodded and looked around. It seemed like a very comfy house. I breathed in the air. It smelled good in here as well. I froze when I saw the man from before peeking through the window.

  "What's wrong?" Edd asked. I pointed to the man. The man just smiled and waved creepily. "Leave me alone fucknut!" I said. He made a pouty face before ducking down. I mumbled under my breath about how fucking creepy it was. Edd went and closed the blinds and I walked into the living room. I hesitated before sitting on the couch. I didn't wanna bother anyone so I just decided to stay out of everyone's way. "Do you live near here?" Edd asked. I shook my head no. "As a matter of fact, I don't even have a house. I moved out of my parent's house when I turned eighteen and have been looking for a place to stay ever since" I say while looking at the television. A show called "the children" was playing on it.

  I finished my drink and went to search for the trash can. I walked into the kitchen to see Matt reaching for a glass cup. I threw the drink in the trash and groaned in pain at the knot in my back. Matt turned to me and smiled. "Hello!" he says. I smile at him and nod. "Hey," I say. "I heard you groan. Are you okay?" he asked. I nodded and popped my back. "My back just had a knot in it," I say. He nods and sits down after making himself a drink. "I'm gonna go ahead and guess you didn't know the guy from before," he said while looking up at me. I could get lost in his eyes.
