Sitting in your usual spots at the table you all feel the sense of emptiness within your niche group of friends. Things were not good at all with Weiss hitting her head on the table.

Ren: We know what you have done but that won't do you any good.

Weiss: We aren't any closer to finding her.

Nora: Relax. Blake has to come back. I mean we have class tomorrow and the test.

Jaune: I don't think that's what Weiss meant.

Nora: Is she thinking about Port's story? The one where he beats the hoard of Ursa Majors with only a butter knife?

Jaune: Why would Weiss even think of that right now?

Nora: I don't know. Port said it will be on the test.

As the two continue at it you were thinking of the events that transpired. You could check in the hotels within the area as surely Blake had to sleep somewhere. Though the problem lay in what Nora said was right. By now she likely have moved on given that it would be a single night. Sure it would help get a rough location but she probably moved a distance aways.

Deep in thought you just now had the sudden relaxation you have been staring at Ruby for the entire time.

Y/N: (thoughts) Have... Have I been staring at Ruby for the past ten minutes? Do I keep on staring? Should I laugh it off as a staring contest. Wait I have my glasses.

Unbeknownst to you Ruby was having her set of thoughts. Ones that reflected yours.

Ruby: (thoughts) Y/N is staring at me. Do I have food on my face? Oh noooo. What if he asked me a question and he's waiting for my answer. Maybe I can just laugh and hope that it wasn't a question.

Yang: (thoughts) This blows. We'll get Blake back. (sees what's going on) Wonder why Y/N and Ruby are staring at each other.

Nora: Sooo why is everybody silent?

Ruby: (stands up) We should continue on our search.

Y/N: (thoughts) Thank god. I swear I felt like some sweat drops were hitting me.

Pyrrha: This reminds me. On a completely unrelated note, Nora, have you gotten your blood results back?

Nora: Why?

Ren: We discussed this. In an event one of us needs to give blood to another we would need to know.

Nora: How would I know? Who am I Karl Landsteiner, the discoverer of blood types?

Pyrrha: Really? You know who discovered blood types but not your own?

Y/N: I do not understand why adding hash browns and toast to a country fried steak is what makes it breakfast.

Jaune: What are you on about?

Y/N: I know this is serious but that has been bothering me for awhile now and as Nora just said that I figured now is a good time as any.

Ren: Anyhow, do you all need assistance?

Ruby: Sorry but this is a team matter. I hope you understand.

Pyrrha: We perfectly understand. Good luck.

Weiss hearing that it was time to resume their search lifts her head from the table, sitting up from her chair. Walking away Ruby just had a realization from earlier on.
