Rough hands against my face,
a fearful copper filled taste.
Struggle but to no avail.
With every twist my face becomes pale.
In a sudden moment your hands fail.
Only to be replaced by a slap of your hand.
Breathing heavy, my body numb.
A twist of life crying out.
You twist, you hit, you slam and shout.
Every breath is harder now.
Blurry vision my eyes give way.
Maybe this time there won't be a new day.
