Udai Tenma x Reader (requested by ItzCookietime)

Hello hello hello. The update for the day. I don't have anything to say anymore except for hoping for you guys to have fun reading this.

"Mama! Are we going to the mall today" your nephew asked you.
"Yep, let's go. You want to buy your toys, right? You only call me Mama when you want me to treat you" you smirked at your sly nephew, Hiro.
"I am not! I always call you Mama!" you chuckled when you saw him pouted.

"(y/n), don't take serious on his word and don't pamper him too much," your sister said to you.
"He is my one and only nephew. Of course, I love him like my own kid"
"Get your own kid!" You stick out your tongue to her before running together with Hiro to your car.

~ At the shopping mall ~

"Hiro, what do you want to buy?" You asked him.
"I want to buy the Yokai watch" you ruffled his hair and walking with him, hand in hand towards the Anime shop.

Everyone can see that both of you looks like a mother and a son. You don't really care about what other people think about that because you really love your nephew. Little did you know, your mother instinct makes someone else fall in love with you.

Tenma's pov

"I am tired! It's been a while since the last time I came to a shopping mall" I walked around the anime shop and then my eyes fall on someone. Someone who is beautiful and got a soft looking. I am stood still while looking at her smiling face.
"Mama! This one here!" My eyes fall on the boy beside her, calling her 'Mama'.

"She's already married. Of course, she is. Such a beauty like that" I sighed before continue walking around the shop. My eyes still keep looking on her but not as much as before. I am smiling when I heard their conversation.

"Mama! I want this one!"
"You already have this one, right?" the boy pouted.
"It's already broken"
"What? Broken? Your dad bought it for you last week and it's already broken?"
"What can I do? It wants to be broken already" Then I saw she lightly hit his shoulder.

"Huh? It wants to be broken? Then, I don't want to buy this for you. Maybe it want to be broken tomorrow too" I let out a chuckled when I heard her.
"Eh~ Mama! You promised me!" The boy pleaded.
"Your mom said not to pamper you... Hmm~ what if I took her advice for today?" Her words, 'your mom' surprised me.

Does it mean that the boy is not her son? Is she married or not? But, why that kid called her Mama then? Is that kid have two mothers then?

After a while, I saw both of them walked out of the shop and I saw she bought something for the boy too. I guess she loves teasing the kid.

Even after a few days, she still in my mind. I facepalmed my self a few times reminding myself that she may be married and already have a son.

"Arghh, I should ask her that day! When can I meet her again?"

~ The next day ~

"I am out of coffee. Guess, I have to go out now" I brought myself to the nearest convenient shop to buy some instant coffee. When I arrived, the coffee I want already in my sight but it's only one left. My hand reached it but at the same time, another hand reached it too. When I looked at the person, my eyes bigger.

'The same person'

"You can take it if you want" she smiled before walking away. I can't even say anything because I am too shocked. She's walked out from the shop alone and after a few seconds then I realised that I have to run after her. I ran out from there and searching for her but I don't see her anywhere. I missed the chance to ask her again!

This is fate! Please be a fate. If I meet her again after this, I will never let the chance go away again. I want to know her, I want to know her status. If she is still single, I want to take the chance.

It's truly a fate when after a few days, I met her again at the same shopping mall but instead of her with the boy, she's alone. I smiled when I saw her and approached her slowly.

"Hi" she stopped when she heard me.
"Do you mean that for me?" she asked me and I nodded.
"You're the one at the convenient shop a few days before, right?" she looks puzzled.
"The instant coffee?"
"Ahh! You're that guy!" she smiled when she realised the fact.

"I want to give it to you the coffee that day, but I can't say anything and you already left when I want to give it to you" she laughed a bit.
"It's okay. Don't mind it so much"
"If you don't mind, I want to buy it for you" she speechless.

"Don't worry, I will treat you" she laughed awkwardly before nodded.
"Okay. Thank you ... "
"Tenma. Udai Tenma" I introduced myself.
"Okay, thank you Tenma-san"
"Just Tenma and your name?"
"(y/n), (f/n)(y/n)." I smiled when I got her name.

She is really easy going and I have already fallen for her charm even more. During that day, we talked a few things about ourself and before we separated, I exchanged my number with hers.

Reader's pov

"Auntie, why are you smiling?" you glared at Hiro.
"Why? I can't?"
"Weirdo" you smacked his head lightly.
"How dare you called your lovely auntie a weirdo?!"

"He's saying the truth. Why are you keep on smiling after you're back from the shopping mall? Did something happen?" your sister asked you. 'Is it that obvious?'

"Nothing happened." You smiled before walking to your room.
"That's not a nothing happened, (y/n)!" your smile bigger when you heard your sister.
"Whatever. It's not like there will be something between us"

Udai Tenma, you don't know why but you got attracted to him. He's polite but at the same time a bit flirty. A straightforward person because as soon as he knew your name, he asked if you're married or not and when you said that you're single, his face totally changed and smile even bigger. Which makes me laughed in your head for a long time.

'What are you doing?' - Tenma.
'Nothing, just lying on the bed'.
'I thought that I am disturbing you or something' - Tenma.
'No, you're not'

The night ended with both of you saying goodbye to each other. Little did you know, this is the beginning of your new life.

Both of you become closer days by days, weeks by weeks, months by months and now it's already two years since that day.

"(y/n), do you want to eat dinner with me tonight?" Tenma called you and asked.
"Yeah sure. What time will you arrive at my house?"
"At 8 o'clock"
"Okay, see you soon"

He picked you up at 8 o'clock sharp and drove you to the place only he knew. I asked him again but he just put his finger on his lips, signalling to you that it's a secret. When he stopped the car, then you realised that the place is the restaurant you said to him, you really want to eat in there for once because the scenery there is so breathtaking.

"Tenma, seriously?" he nodded before taking your hand and walked together into the restaurant.
"I can't believe I can eat in here today. Thank you so much Tenma" he smiled.
"But, that's not the main event. This is the main event" he said before kneeling in front of you.
"(y/n), I fall in love with you in first sight. My mind always occupied with you since the first day I saw you. (y/n), I want to ask this one question... Will you give me the chance to take you as my wife?"

You're speechless with his sudden proposed. Everyone in the restaurant looked at you which makes you embarrassed.
"I will" you murmured your answer.
"What?" he asked again which makes you want to hit him right now.
"I said I will. I will give you the chance" you answered him louder than before which make him stood up and hugging you.

"Thank you, (y/n)."
"You planned all of this, right? What if I rejected you?"
"I will ask you again, again and again," you chuckled hearing his answer.
"I should reject you first" his face changed.
"(y/n), don't do that to me!" You laughed.
