Chapter 39 [lemon]

[Inuzuka Kiba P.O.V.]

I sigh deeply closing the door behind me and Akamaru and lock it. I'm not usually home this late, but I ran into Tamaki on my way home. Apparently she didn't understand why I broke it off. I tried to explain that I haven't been fair to my wife, and that without her I wouldn't be where I am now, but try to explain loyalty to a cat lady. I walk over to the spare room we made into the dog room  and open it for Akamaru. I smile as I see that Shizuka already prepared food for Akamaru and Tadao, the soon to be mommy dog. I walk over to her. "Won't be long now huh?" I say softly. "Don't worry. I'm off the next couple of days so I will be here" I pet Tadao. "You know what to do" I say to Akamaru as I leave the room, keeping the door slightly open. Silently I walk upstairs and brush my teeth. When I walk in my bedroom I see Shizuka beside the bed. She's just pulling the sheets aside to climb in bed. She's just wearing panties and a sports bra. As I see that her belly is already starting to grow I can't help but smile. "Okaeri." She says. "Hey babe. Sorry I'm late" I say. "Do you want me to warm up your food?" She asks as she sits down on the bed. "No that's fine" I say as I walk over and take off my shirt. "I love you, Kiba-kun" Shizuka whispers, I lay my hand on the back of her head as I hear her voice break. "I love you" I say softly. As my body finally starts to relax, I start yawning too. I close my eyes. Holding my wife close. I'm about to fall asleep when Akamaru starts barking. "What's that?" Shizuka asks sleepily. I sit up. "It's started" I say. I quickly get out of bed. "Call Hana. She has to come over" I say as I put on my pajama pants. "Are you sure? It's late?" Shizuka rubs her eye. "Yeah, she's her vet and she promised. Call her Shizuka" I say. With that I run downstairs. "Good boy" I whisper, patting Akamaru's head who's waiting at the start. I walk into the dog room and turn on a small light and see that Tadao is having contractions. "It's okay girl." I say softly.
