Janus nuzzled into the stack of blankets he had made, only his face visible to anyone coming into the room and seeing him in the middle of his bed. Being cold blooded, he got chilly a lot.

Remy appeared, looking at his boyfriend in confusion. "Babe, what are you doing?"

"Cold.."

"Honey, there are other ways to make yourself warm." Remy muttered, taking off his glasses and putting them on the nightstand.

The coffee addicted man got onto the bed, taking some blankets off of Janus, much to the snake's dismay.

"Remyyyyy.."

Remy pulled Janus out of the mountain of blankets, pulling the sleepy snake into his lap. "Love, could you stay still?"

"But 'm freezing, Remy.." Janus slurred.

Remy sighed, grabbing a heated blanket that he had gotten for Janus a couple months ago after another complaint of being cold. He threw the blanket over Janus and himself, turning on the heating of the blanket.

"Is that better?"

Janus hummed a response, burying his face in Remy's chest.

Remy snickered quietly as the deceptive persona let his eyes slip closed, letting out a small yawn before falling asleep.

Janus' tongue left his mouth, making a small sort of blep that Remy loved. The way Jan's forked tongue stuck out ever so slightly made Remy fall in love with such a shadowy person.

Remy slipped a sweater onto Janus, stroking his scales softly. "I love you, hun.."

Janus opened his eyes groggily, smiling to Remy. "Love you too, coffee bean.."
