When I walked inside the gymnasium, I don't know why I feel like my legs became so jelly. Napakapit na lamang ako ng mahigpit sa kamay ng ka-team ko sa Decathlon. I can't take the attention they are all giving to me. Hindi ganitong atensyon ang gusto kong makuha. They are all looking at me like I did something wrong to them. Hindi 'ko maintindihan kung anong nangyayari.

"What's happening?" I muttered between my breaths.

"Just wait for it," sagot nito sa akin at mas lalo lang akong kinabahan.

Kahit pansin ko ang ilang nagbubulungan sa paligid, hindi ko iyon pinapansin. Gusto kong tumalikod at tumakbo dahil ayoko nang ganitong atensyon mula sa kanila. This is worst of all the attention I had. Hindi ko maipaliwanag. It feels like I was already judged by their stares. Para saan nga ba ito?

I came into this prom like a ghost at walang pumapansin sa akin but now, they saw me. Hindi na ako invisible and what's the cause of it?

"Tate McLarren?" and when I look for the source of the voice calling for my name. Sinundan ko naman ng tingin kung saan lumipad ang mga mata ng mga tao. Then I look at the center of the stage where I found him standing behind the microphone stand. He waved at me when my attention locked to his direction. "Would you like to stand in the center?"

"Go on, Tate," my teammate pushed me to walk towards the center. Ayoko pa sana pero dahil nasa akin ang lahat ng atensyon, wala ako kawala. 

Naglakad ako papunta sa gitna kung saan itinuro niya sa akin. Maliban sa mga matang nasa akin. Nahahati iyon dahil kay Noah na nasa stage ngayon. Wala akong ideya kung anong ginagawa niya. Hindi naman namin ito napag-usapan. Wala akong sinabing gawin niya ito. Gulong-gulo ako sa kung anong tumatakbo sa isipan ko ngayon.

"I've been looking for you the whole night," he said.

What are you doing? I mouthed and I'm sure he'd understood it. Pero hindi niya pinansin 'yong sinabi ko. He keep doing whatever he's doing right now. 

Hinahanap ko rin si Cirie pero hindi ko siya makita sa paligid. What are they planning though? May binabalak ba silang masama sa akin at isinama pa nila si Noah sa kalokohan nila? And I couldn't believe that Noah falls for their intentions. Gusto kong umalis pero gusto ko rin namang malaman kung para saan itong ginagawa ni Noah ngayon.

"These past few days, I have been checking on you but I don't know why I was kept ignored. We know what we had was actually good and I want to continue those things with you. I know tonight is special for you and you should be with someone who deserves you. I know I have a date with Cirie tonight but she let me do this because it's what my heart speaks. I told about it to her and she's okay with," he stated.

Lahat ay nakikinig sa kanya. Hindi ko pa rin naman alam kung anong mararamdaman ko. Kinakabahan ako na ewan.

Mayamaya lamang ay ang lahat ng aming atensyon ay napunta ng makita namin si Cirie na umakyat ng stage. She joined Noah in front of the stage and then she took the microphone from him.

"Good evening and hello, everybody," she smirks. "I shouldn't be here at this moment if it's not the Prom King and Queen announcement but because there's something my good friend here would like to do, of course, I wouldn't be selfish to it. His request is granted." And then her eyes falls on me, "and for you, Tatiana McLarren. We're not actually friends and not that really close, but Noah says something to me that made me realize that you're not just a school nerd. He told me that there's something in you that he couldn't find into someone else. Yes, on me too."

Everyone laughed on her remarks. 

"But I want you to enjoy this night. I don't care if you'll take Noah out of the prom tonight but he'll be yours tonight and yeah, I guess... enjoy the rest of your night."
