Peter went home and so did I
I felt bad for peter but he did do it to himself but also he just wanted to help.
I wish I could do something to help but there's not.
It would be nice to have someone to talk to right about now.
I didn't want to tell Peter I had feelings for him because he was already going through so much and earlier he made it obvious that he likes MJ.
The morning had arrived quickly. I met up with the boys in the morning and Peter was called to the office straight away.
Me and Ned peaked into the office as the principal talked to him but were only able to catch the second half of the conversation.
Principal: "Peter, you're a good kid and you're a smart kid. So just try to keep your head straight, okay?"
Peter:"...Okay..."
Pr: "All right. Get out of here. Try talking to the counselor if you're having trouble"
Peter grabbed his bag and walked out
"Are you expelled?" I asked him
"Do you have to go to that high school on 46th where the principal has a crossbow?"
Ned asked making peter give him a weird face
"Ned I'm pretty sure that's an urban myth, and no, I'm not expelled."
Peter said looking at me and Ned
"You're so lucky."
Ned said
We walked down the hallway then we walked under a homecoming banner
"Thinking of going to homecoming just makes me feel sick."
I said and the boys looked at me confused
"It's boring"
I said trying to explain what I meant
"I was only going to go if you guys were going"
Ned said and Peter nodded in agreement.
"It would give me an accuse to look fabulous"
I said and giggled
"You always look fabulous"
Ned said and I smiled
"I should probably get to class before I'm late. I'll talk to you guys at lunch"
The day went by quickly. Peter had detention after school and MJ was always in there so they were basically having a monitored date.
Ned and I went to go get some ice cream just because we both felt like having it.
"Ned I have an idea. Do you want to come over to my house I have something I want to tell you"
I said as I finished up my ice cream.
Ned agreed and I drove us to my house.
"Wow how do you afford this place it's so nice"
"Tony Stark pays for it"
"Really? Is it because of your internship?"
Ned asked looking around in awe of my house.
I laughed and set down my backpack.
"That's the thing"
I sat down and Ned did too.
"I'm a superhero"
Ned looked at me with a blank stare.
"Who?"
He asked in shock.
"Lighting Spark"
I said and Ned looked at me then jumped up.
"So you and peter work together?!"
Ned said and I nodded
"Wow I've been seeing you all my life I thought lighting spark was so old"
Ned said and I laughed.
"Well I've been doing this for a while"
I said back and he sat back down.
Ned started to ask a lot of questions and a lot of them being stupid. I trusted that he would keep this a secret.
"So kids who are orphans have superpowers..."
Ned said still in shock after about an hour after I told him.
I laughed "I guess so"
I dropped Ned back at his home after that.
It felt like the week had passed by in a flash.
Peter was still bummed about everything but not too bad.
At lunch, we decided to sit outside and play a game. It was a nice day out but we didn't know what to do.
Me and Ned sat across from peter and MJ.
FYI Peter and MJ had been like back and forth being "coupley" but hadn't even kissed or discussed that they both liked each other.
"Let's play never have I ever"
MJ said
We all agreed and held up our hands to count as points.
"I'll go first"
Ned said
We all focused on him as he thought of something
We had each said something once and then it was Ned's turn again
"Never have I ever kissed anyone in our group"
Me and Peter looked at each other and then put a finger down.
"When have you two kissed"
MJ asked obviously jealous.
Peter looked at me knowing we couldn't tell the truth.
I dramatically sighed as I thought up a lie
"Well once I was with peter and he was getting something from his locker after school. I saw my ex and I wanted to make him jealous so I was like quick let me kiss you and then... yeah"
MJ looked at us both and then looked at her phone.
"Oh shoot speaking of lockers I gotta go. Bye"
She stood up and left.
"I'll go see what's up"
I said and stood up to go after her.
"Hey what was that all about"
I asked and grabbed her shoulder.
"You two have always been so weirdly close and I don't think I'm comfortable being with peter knowing you're in the way."
MJ said
I sighed and tried to think of something good to say
I could end their who relationship now.. peter could be mine.
I shook the thought out of my head
"MJ- I would never date peter. He's not even my type. Listen, I know that you two really like each other so don't be a baby and just do something about it"
MJ looked back at the boys then scoffed
"Tell Peter I don't want to see him ever again"
