Fine line between Love and Hate {Peter Parker story}

Chapter Seven

Narrator-
Two months had passed since y/n and peter had found out they had been going to the same school.
Peter had taken y/ns advice of being a superhero for the New York streets.
Y/n and Peter would hang out once and a while but didn't talk that much. Y/n was usually ignoring peter to talk to her friends.

Peter was constantly giving daily reports to happy in hopes they would want him to help with their team.

It was another day of school. And Peter's friend Ned wanted to build a Lego Death Star after school.

"Come and together we can build my new LEGO Death Star"
Ned said putting a lego figure on peters shoulder as he looked in his locker.

"What no way dude how many pieces"
Peter said back and closed his locker.

Meanwhile, while the boys were talking about their legos y/n had forgotten they had biology homework.

Peter and Ned had started walking to class when Peter spotted Micheal Jones aka MJ.

He had a huge crush on her.
MJ waved to the boys as she walked by and Peter was star struck.

"Hey, guys."
Y/n said walking over to the boys making peter snap out of his focus on MJ.
"Did you do the bio homework"
Y/n asked

"Yeah we both did"
Ned said
"Do you think I could possibly.. copy the work? I have biology next period and I'm so stressed right now"

"We aren't just going to let you copy-"
Ned started to say but then Peter opened his backpack and handed y/n the homework.

"Thank you"
Y/n said and walked to class.

"Dude you can't just give her your work what if she just steals it"
Ned said and the two started walking again.

P: "I trust her it's fine"
N: "dude ever since you came back from your stark internship you've been so different"

Peter looked down at the ground and smiled to himself knowing that he had an insane experience during his "internship"

Lunch-
It was lunch and Peter was still gushing over MJ. She sat with them at lunch so it was even easier to be in awe of her up close.

Ned, MJ, and Peter were talking to talking to each other at the table when once again y/n came over.

"Here's your work. Thanks for letting me use it" y/n said
"Anytime"
Peter said and then y/n walked away.

"What's that about"
MJ asked watching y/n walk away while eating her lunch.
"She's my friend, I let her copy my work"
MJ scoffed
"Charity work to popular people?"
Peter looked at ned then back at MJ.
P: "What do you mean. She's my friend"
MJ bit off a piece of her sandwich and gave peter a blank stare.
M: "Yeah she's using you"
P: "how? If I needed help she'd probably help me to"
M: "I don't know peter it's just a little sus that out of the blue you guys are friends and she's asking to use your work"

Peter looked over at the y/ns table.
"We do the same stark internship. We met on a trip we had. I don't think it's that 'out of the blue' to be friends"

MJ was secretly jealous of how close Peter and Y/n got in the short span of time.
