(Rosleep) Messing Up

Insecure Roman

And, for my fellow theater nerds, heads up there's...*shutter* forgetting your lines...(I joke, but it's legit terrifying)

Roman was shaking in his prince costume after his performance of Into the Woods. He was still feeling how much he messed up.

How did the audience not laugh?!

He's finished, he's done! His acting career is over!

He slipped into the passenger seat of the car, right next to his awaiting boyfriend. Remy looked at him with a concerned sass.

"What's wrong, love?"

Roman took a breath and hid his head in his arms, "I messed up so badly!!! No one's gonna take me to perform ever again!!! What is wrong with me?????"

"Woah woah, take a breather, love," Remy took his boyfriend's hands and rubbed them soothingly, "I assure you that nobody noticed if you messed up. I certainly didn't."

"They- y- you didn't..."

"Not at all. And acting isn't just about saying your lines right, it's also about being able to stay in character and stay steady when things start going wrong. And making sure the audience doesn't notice. And you did that, which makes you an phenomenal actor!"

Roman didn't reply to that, because what could he say? His boyfriend was just too amazing for him, the only good reciprocation was cuddles, but he can't do that until they get home. So he bent over, kisses Remy's head and muttered, "Just drive..."

Remy smiled and started the car, driving the 30 minutes it took to get home.

Once they got home, and went inside, Roman immediately threw himself into Remy's arms. Remy smiling at his super gay boyfriend.

"Everything alright, love?" Remy calls everyone "babes" but, only Roman owns the title of "love."

Roman nodded, "I don't deserve you..."

Remy scoffed, "That's how relationships work. Nobody deserves their partner."

Roman giggled and kissed his boyfriend, who kissed back with no hesitance. These two drama queens being their dramatic gay selves, turned it into a make out session, which ultimately ended up on the couch with Cinderella playing on the TV.
