Gally O' Gally

Chapter 2

"RISE AND SHINE GREENIE!" Ugh. That same British voice again. Oh wait, it's Newt.

"What?" I asked, still Half alseep.

He grinned. "Well today your going to pick a job. Well not just today. Everyday you'll do a job until you find one your good at or want to do. And being a runner is not one." He dead panned.

"Runner? Why would I do that it takes effort" I lazily yawned.

"Then I guess that makes it easy. Tonight there's a bonfire for you, either I will show you around or Alby, he's basically our leader. The first one." He explained. I guess he saw my confusion.

"So where off first?" I asked. My butt was starting to get cramps from sitting on the ground all night.

"To the Frypan" and with that he walked away.

"Frypan? Wait you mean as a person? Who would be named frypan?" I asked.

Newt sighed. "It's his nickname."

"Oh, Is that why everyone calls me greenie? Because it's annoying!" I snap.

Newt looks at me. "Calm down, didn't mean to upset you" he squinted at me, trying to figure something out.

"What?" I said annoyed. "It's creepy staring at people Newt."

"Well the inly other person who snaps at random times is Gally." He laughed.
I snap like Gally? I thought, great won't everybody just love me.

Newt pulled me over to Frypan, so basically I get to watch someone cook. Boring as always.

"Hey greenie." Frypan said. "Can you help me wash dishes? Your bonfires tonight and EVERYONE is going to be there." I shrugged my shoulders and started cleaning.

"It's getting pretty late." A new voice spoke.

"Sorry Alby, she was just helping the Klunking time flew by." Frypan said. So that's Alby. He was tall. But not as tall as Gally I thought. Or cute, WAIT WHAT? I can't think Gally's cute. Newt must have done this by bringing up that we were alike.

"Hey, Uh remember your name yet?" Alby asked. I nodded my head no.

"When will I get it back?" I sighed impatiently.

Alby raised an eyebrow, "soon greenie soon." And with that he walked off.

Hey guys updates might take longer because I'm writing this on a iPod, so my thumbs are sore. If you like my story great! :) the next update might even be today because WHOO HOO! No school but I'm not sure. Some chapters might be short others long! Thanks for two reads funny I know
