Chapter 11

A/N: Thank you guys so much for getting this story to over 250 reads, I've really been enjoying writing this story. I've been writing a lot, I think I'm going to try to post a chapter everyday, there might be some days where I don't, but I will try my hardest. Anyway, in this chapter, Lucas and Maya are going to tell her parents, I guess you'll see how everyone reacts. Enjoy!

Maya's POV

*14 Weeks Pregnant*

It's been a week since I found out about the triplets. I've had a lot of morning sickness since then, I've still been going to school though. I've had a lot of weird cravings too, like I ate peanut butter and pickles the other day, it was really good, but also really weird. Lucas has been with me a lot since then, he's been over to my house a lot. I hope my mom isn't suspicious about it. Me and Lucas were going to tell my mom and Shawn this afternoon and his parents tomorrow. They're having me over for dinner so me and Lucas can tell them.

*A Couple Of Hours Later*

Lucas is here, mom and Shawn are on the couch. "So, what is it you two wanted to tell us." Shawn asked. "Um, as nervous as I am about this, I'm just going to come out and say this." I said, you could hear the nervousness in my voice. "Baby girl, what did you do? Are you in trouble?" She asked, now she sounded nervous. "Well I guess you could say that, uh, I'm pregnant." I said. "You're what!?" Shawn said. "Yeah, I'm pregnant...with triplets." I said. "WITH TRIPLETS?" Mom asked. "Yeah." As soon as I said that, mom rushed out the door. I had no idea where she was going or for how long, I could tell she would probably gonna be gone for a while, I mean, I'm a repeat of her times 3, of course she's going to be upset.

"Are they his?" Shawn asks pointing to Lucas. "Yes, they are sir, I've made my promise to stay by her the who time and I have not wavered from that." Lucas said. "You break my little girl's heart, I break you." He said. "Shawn calm down, I know Lucas won't break his promise. Everything will be fine." I said. Shawn sat back down and took a deep breath. "You good now?" I said. "Yeah, I'm okay considering the circumstances." 

"Any idea where mom went?" I asked. "No idea, I'm not sure if she'll be back either. I just want you to know I'm going to be here too. Do Lucas's parents know?" He asked. "Thanks dad, I really appreciate it considering how scared I was and no, Lucas's parents don't know, we plan on telling them tomorrow." I said. "Oh, I hope that goes well." He said. "Me too."

*The Next Day At Lucas's Parents*

Lucas and I were waiting for his parents to call us down for dinner. Me and him were in his room cuddling while watching a movie. I really loved him and me like this.

"Lucas, Maya, dinner!" That was our cue. "Aww, I was enjoying this." Lucas said. "I know, me too, but we have important news to share with your parents." We went downstairs and took a seat at the dinner table. We ate and it tasted really good, of course I was hungry, I was eating for 4. 

About halfway through dinner, Lucas's parents finally decided to speak up. "So, Lucas, Maya, you said you had something to tell us." Lucas's dad said. "Actually we do." Lucas said. "Like I did with my parents, I'm going to be straight with you and get to straight to the point. I'm pregnant, with triplets." I said. "YOU ARE?" Lucas's parents both said at the same time. "Yes, mom, dad, she is and she and I have decided to keep them, you can't stop that whether you support it or not. Yes, while I'm only 16 and Maya is 15, we have decided that we are going to take responsibility for our actions and be mature through this experience." Lucas said, I was surprised with how straightforward Lucas was. "No, I think that is really mature of you guys, not killing 3 innocent lives, and not just giving them up to someone else, of course we will support you guys, for being so mature. Are we thrilled about the situation, absolutely not, but we are going to be there for you guys. How far along are you Maya?" Lucas's mom said. "I'm 13 weeks, and I'm already showing. I really appreciate the fact that you guys are being supportive, my mother didn't exactly take it as well as you two. She ran away, and I'm not sure when she'll be back." I said. "Oh, Maya, I'm so sorry." Lucas's dad said. "Don't be, it's not your faults." 

With that, we finished dinner, I went home, and went to bed, I was really tired. I was ready for this crappy stage to be over.
