Chapter 18

A/N: Thank you guys so much for over 400 reads, I love that people are actually reading this and I couldn't be happier, I have loved writing this story, I don't have much to say so I hope you enjoy!

I was heading over to Riley's house. I seriously needed to talk to her. I didn't care that it was almost 11oclock at night, I needed to figure out why Riley kissed Lucas. I needed to know now. 

I climbed through the window and saw Riley sitting on her bed on her phone. I was surprised she was still awake this late, I guess Riley really has changed. "Hey Peaches, what's wrong?" I guess she could tell I was pissed off. "I think you know why Riley." I said, I was really mad. "I'm really confused, I honestly don't know." She said. "Riley did you kiss Lucas?" I demanded. "No Peaches, why would I kiss Lucas."  She said.

"Riley, I know you kissed Lucas, he just told me. Riley, why did you kiss Lucas?" I yelled at her. "Peaches, I'm really sorry, but I can't tell you why." She said. "Riley why can't you tell me why, I thought you were my friend, then again, you went and kissed my boyfriend." I said, I was getting more and more mad by the minute. "Riley, I came here to get answers, but if I'm not going to get any, I'm leaving." I said as I was about to storm off. "No, Maya wait!" She said.

"What Riley, you have anything to tell me about why you went and kissed my boyfriend." I yelled in her face. "Maya, I can't tell you why because it's a big secret, and Lucas has to tell you, all I can tell you is is that you just have to wait until your birthday." She said. "Riley, I'm done with all your crap, I'm leaving." I stormed out the window.

What in the hell did she mean I'd just have to wait until my birthday? What secret was Lucas keeping? I needed to find put but if he is serious about this secret, he'll tell me what he wants to tell me.

A/N: So, Maya is pissed at Riley, you'll get to find out all the things you've wanted to in the next chapter. That being said though, I'm still in the process of writing it, I'm already at over 2100 words to make up for all the really short chapters like this one, but I'm going to try to write a chapter to post on Friday to keep up with my posting everyday schedule, but I think I'm going to take a break this weekend to save up some more chapters to continue publishing chapters everyday, and I think that will start to be my schedule now: At least a chapter a day Monday through Friday and then a break on the weekend. So there is that, I can't wait for you guys to read the next chapter.
