Happy Friday! Can you believe there are only a single digit of chapters left before Apollo's Prophecy is over? It makes me really sad, but it's fitting since it was written in NaNoWriMo of 2019 and I'll be attempting to write book two in the series this NaNo! As usual, please don't forget to vote if you enjoy (it helps get this story out there). As for comments, let me know what your favourite location in Greece has been so far in terms of the Mythology class, or which locations you'd want to visit in real life! I hope you enjoy! - Amy

After several rounds of love-making, Danika and Apollo finally turned in for the night. They managed to get a few hours of rest before Danika's phone screen lit up.
"What time is it?" Danika asked as she tried grabbing her phone through her squinted eyes. She allowed her vision to adjust for a moment before looking directly at the screen.
Julie: Danika, pick up your phone!
Danika propped herself up onto her side and unlocked her phone. Three thirty in the morning, she thought as she mentally calculated what time it'd be in New Zealand. It's late there... What the fuck? Her phone started ringing out loud now that it was unlocked, almost making her drop it.
"What's happening," Apollo complained, sleepily from Danika's side.
"It's Julie," Danika responded quickly. "I think something's wrong," she said before answering the call. "Hello?"
"Danika," a familiar cold voice spoke from the line.
Danika quickly straightened up and put her phone on speaker before clutching it tight. "What the fuck did you do to my friends, Marsyas?" She could feel rage building up in her body.
Apollo sat up instantly and put his hand on Danika's shoulder. "Marsyas, I swear to Zeus if you hurt them I'll make your original punishment seem like a reward," he growled with his eyes glowing.
Marsyas' laugh sounded from the speaker. "Don't flatter yourself, Apollo. You can't touch me anymore."
"Are you willing to bet on that?" Apollo snorted. "Now that Hera can no longer hide behind you, she won't care about protecting you anymore."
Danika swore she heard Marsyas growl. "Even if you did manage to find me, I'd kill Danika's little human friends before you had the chance to lay a hand on me."
Danika's head snapped to the side to face Apollo. "We can't let them get hurt," she worried, covering the speaker.
Apollo clenched his fist before taking the phone in his free hand. "What do you want from us?"
"That was easy," Marsya's voice suddenly became serious. "I only have one simple request."
Apollo looked to Danika and nodded. "And what would that be?"
"Bring me back to life for good and have the Olympians pardon me and grant me sanctuary."
"What?" Apollo yelled at the phone. "You know I can't do that."
Marsyas scoffed. "That's not my problem, now is it? You have two days."
Apollo and Danika both opened their mouths to respond, but the line went dead and Danika's phone returned to the messaging screen.
"What are we going to do?" Danika asked her husband with concern.
Apollo frowned. "We're going to go back to Olympus to figure out how to get Julie and Marcus back without doing what he wants."
