Double Upload day ehehehe
The blood of many was spilled that night. Those who were part of the Phantom Troupe were responsible for the death, however some did far more damage than others. Particularly one man above all else.
Kiyoto Zoldyck used his Hatsu in front of everyone, exposing his true power for the sake of rage. The battleground he created was littered with dead bodies of men wearing pristine suits and who thought far too much of themselves to worry.
Every man on the bottom floor who attempted to kill Kiyoto that night had an assault rifle and was ready to kill anything other than themselves that moved. Every bullet bounced off of him like it was nothing, and every millisecond a man would lose his head and life in battle. There were close to about 400 men who attempted to kill him at one time, so the battle only lasted about 20 seconds max.
There was one thing about the fight that could've gone differently though. Kiyoto did go close to all out with his power in that fight, however, he was technically handicapped. The guitar he was using for his musical spirit was only half as powerful as his regular one at best.
The thing is, Kiyoto's primary guitar is one of, if not the most powerful object on the planet. It is the base of Kiyoto's musical spirit which is already a top tier ability. It's durability is stronger than any other nonliving thing, and it holds a copy of every ounce of nen Kiyoto would ever have. A full copy of his full potential.
Flashback
Killua Zoldyck was always known to be relatively close to his sister (idk wtf people consider Alluka but I'm pretty sure she identifies as female in the Anime so I'm going with that) Alluka, but in secret, the eldest sibling (Kiyoto was born a few minutes before Illumi) of the family also had a very close bond with her. He had been granted the most powerful gift of all of unlimited wishes from Nanika without any repercussions. Even though he had the ability to have anything he wanted, whenever he wanted, and however he wanted, he only wished for one thing.
"Nanika, I have a request to make." He told her as he was spending time with his little sister.
"Ok."
"I wish for you to create an exact copy of the complete extent of my nen potential and put it into this guitar." Kiyoto gave her his guitar and watched the entity do her magic. As soon as Nanika touched the guitar, a blindingly bright ball of light appeared above it. The light pulsated with so much energy than any normal person would've been roasted alive at the spot. It floated down into the guitar, and enveloped it. Soon, the light died down, and nothing but the guitar remained.
Visibly, at least.
Kiyoto felt it. The full amount of power carried within the guitar couldn't be measured by any traditional means. In fact, there wasn't any real means for which it could be calculated.
"Nanika, thank you." He thanked his (Sister? Maybe? Are they siblings too? Fuck it they are to me) sister and gave her a head pat.
"I love Kiyoto!" She said while holding his hand down on her head.
Flashback End
Doing something like that could be considered cheating, however there was so much more he could've done to boost his power though wishes. The reason he created the Musician's Nightmare ability was only a failsafe. It was so in the extremely rare chance that he fought someone who was simply too powerful, he would be able to come out on top.
He didn't simply stop there though. His guitar became one his primary sources of training past simple combat training. He actually never stopped pouring his aura into the guitar. Luckily, all aura would regenerate, so he wasn't worried about overdoing it. The training came from him increasing the levels of aura he put into the guitar. He slowly increased his channel's flow as he got used to how much he used up.
The guitar itself was an ever growing monster of pure undisputed energy. One other secret he kept from everyone was that he was doing serious damage to himself everytime he conjured a powerful guitar. The one that he conjured in front of Chrollo was close to half of his full power. It was worth it though, because his lust for blood and revenge was too insatiable for a weaker version.
After the battle commenced with Kiyoto standing in the middle of another bloody arena, he went into the building to search for his friend. He passed a large amount of worried men inside the building who were most likely trying to find a way to continue with the auction.
He walked further into the building and heard a ruckus behind one of the doors. Curious, he opened it, and to his surprise, he saw his father Silva and his grandfather Zeno fighting his best friend to the death. Zeno had Chrollo pinned to the wall and Silva was about to send his balls of energy soaring towards the two.
Blood will strike those met,
and you will cut the fuse
"WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ONNNNNN??!!!!" Kiyoto screamed as he desperately threw his guitar as fast as he could at the center of the commotion, blocking the energy balls and separating the two clashing parties.
The entire room was leveled and turned into rubble as a massive explosion consumed the room. All three of the men got up and rubbed stared at Kiyoto.
"There's no way in hell I'm ever letting that fight happen." He told them. Zeno facepalmed and then jumped at his grandson, slapping him silly.
"The hell do you think you're doing you idiot?!!!!! You know your not supposed to interfere in fights!!!!! We were hired and have a job to do!!!!!!"
Kiyoto was able to pry Zeno off of him and put him back on the ground.
"I don't care! I'm not gonna let any of you kill each other!!!"
"Father, it's fine now. Illumi has disposed of the Dons, so this mission is over." Silva interjected.
"UGH!!! FINE!!!" Zeno exclaimed. They started walking out of the room when Chrollo stopped them with a question.
"Mr. Zoldyck, I have a question. if we were to battle one on one, who do you think would come out on top?" Zeno looked back with an annoyed glare."
"I would win, no doubt about it. However, it would be a different story if you were trying to kill me... actually... if you or THIS DUMBASS actually tried... damn insolent brats..."
'Hmmm, that's good to know.'
The two Zoldycks left their potential heir in the room without saying goodbye and slammed the door. Kiyoto, who had just gotten his guitar destroyed and activated a weaker Musician's Nightmare was glowing with red energy all around him, and he sheepishly grinned at his friend.
"So that's what you meant about loyalties... hahhhhhh..." Chrollo fell over on his back and layed there spread across the floor. "What a drag... I couldn't steal their powers..."
