Chapter 7 - Spider-Man The Wrestler

Before you could even respond, Bone Saw McGee rushed towards you.

Bone Saw: "RAAAHHH--"

You jumped up and stuck to the inside of the cage high above him.

Bone Saw: "--OOOF!!!"

After Bone Saw collided into the ropes, some of the crowd booed and others oohed at your ability to stick to the cage.

In the stands, Rainbow Dash pulled out her phone and started recording.

Rainbow Dash: 'Everyone at school's gonna' flip when they see this...'

In the ring, Bone Saw looked up angrily.

Bone Saw: "What are you doing up there?!"

Y/N: "Um let's see--staying away from YOU."

You noticed his tank top and decided to insult him.

Y/N: "That's a cute outfit, did your husband give it to you?"

Bone Saw jumped to try and grab you but, you flipped over him, did a 180-degree turn, and posed on the other side of the cage.

Bone Saw tried to rush you again but you shot two web-lines at the top of the cage and flipped over him again.

The crowd became even more intrigued as you looked out and saw a rainbow-haired girl wave at you. While you waved back, Bone Saw was given a folding chair and clobbered you into the floor.

Crowd: "YEAH!!!"

The majority of the crowd cheered as Bone Saw hit you in the back again and again.

He threw the chair away after the fourth blow and looked into the approving crowd.

Crowd: "BONE SAW!!! BONE SAW!!! BONE SAW!!!"

You managed to get up when Bone Saw grabbed you and swung like a bat into opposite sides of the ring.

The crowd chanted, hollered, and yelled as the timer had only one minute remaining.

Bone Saw walked to slam you again but you retaliated with 8 kicks to his stomach, chest, and face.

As he staggered back, you jumped and whirled into a vicious punch that sent Bone Saw McGee flying into the cage just as the clock hit zero.

The referee rushed onto the ring and slammed the ground next to Bone Saw McGee.

Referee: "One! Two! Three!"

The referee stood next and raised your arm while smiling.

Referee: "Winner!"

The crowd cheered and chanted your new name.

Crowd: "SPIDER-MAN!!! SPIDER-MAN!!! SPIDER-MAN!!!"

You smiled under your mask and felt like the greatest wrestler in the world.

In the stands, Rainbow Dash stopped recording and looked at 'Spider-Man' in astonishment.

Rainbow Dash: "Spider-Man is the most amazing wrestler of all-time! He literally has like--spider powers."

Time Skip

You walked to a trailer behind the stage and saw a man with a cigar in his mouth. In his hand was a wad of cash.

Y/N: Excuse me. This is where the check-in lady told me to get my money. My name is 'Spider-Man'...

Mr. Portillo: I know who you are. You, my friend, are gonna' make me a very rich man. Here's ya reward.

He tossed you a duffel bag and you opened it.

Y/N: 'I can't believe this. I've never seen this much money in my life.'

Y/N: "Thank you so much. I was going to use this to buy my first car."

Mr. Portillo: "A car huh? I remember when I bought my first car like it was yesterday. It's an amazing experience,  kid."

You were about to leave when Mr. Portillo caught up to you at the exit.

Mr. Portillo: "Wait up!"

Y/N: "What's wrong? I already got my money."

Mr. Portillo: "It ain't about that. Listen, here's my card. Whenever you feel like launching your wrestling career, hit me up."

Y/N: "Ok. I'll think about it."

You then left the amphitheater and felt like you were on top of the world.

Author's Note: You've defeated Bone Saw McGee as 'Spider-Man', but... what happened a month before Y/N arrived in Canterlot?
