Austin POV

I guess it had been pretty obvious among the guys that I had a huge ass crush on this girl, Skylar, and I had only known her for almost a full day. I watched as her and Aaron laughed about the movie they were watching. 'God she's so cute.' I though to myself and smiled a bit. She shot a glance my way and smiled a bit before turning her attention back to the movie. I could feel my face heat up as I made my way over to her, sitting down besides her and pulling her so that her head was on my chest and I had my arm wrapped around her. She curled up against me as Aaron smirked at me. I rolled my eyes and flipped him off, clearing my throat causing Skylar to look up at me. "Hey, so you never told me if you were free this Saturday or not." I told he non-calantly, trying to keep my cool but man this girl was just...wow. She looked up at me as a smirk played across her face. "Hm? You never asked me." She replied, turning her attention back to the tv. I shot a look to Aaron and he took that as his que to leave. "Oh? I think I hear Tino calling me from outside." He told us and walked out to the patio. Moriah gave me a questioning look as I just shrugged and leaned down to her ear. "What are you doing this Saturday?" I whispered, hearing her breath getting caught in her throat. "I'm free after 12." I smiled a bit, grabbing her face softly to look at me. "You want to do something with me this Saturday?" She bit her lip, hesitating a moment before nodding. "Yeah. I'd like that." I was going to kiss her when Phil came in and cleared his throat. "Ahem." I groaned and rolled my eyes, turning towards Phil so I could glare him down. "What?" I snarled at him as he just blinked. "Theres a phone call for you Austin. You should probably take it." He told me. I sighed before turning to Skylar and kissing her cheek. "I'll be right back. Do you have to be anywhere today?" I asked her. She looked at me with shock in her eyes. "Shit yeah! I have class today." She told us and I chuckled. "Alright, once I'm done with this phone call I'll take you." She smiled and nodded approvingly, kissing me on my lips lightly before pulling away so that I could answer the phone call. I got up, stalking past Phil and grabbing the phone off the counter, holding up to my ear and clearing my throat.
"Hello?" I asked, waiting for the other person to answer. "Is this Austin Carlile?" The voice asked me. It sounded like a man's voice so I assumed it was another client. "This is him. Who's asking?" I was now getting impatient. 'Jesus if he's gonna call he better damn well know what he's calling for.' I thought. "I have a job for you. If you know what I mean." He finally told me as I smirked darkly. "Of course I know! Now what is this job you need done?" I questioned him. "His name's Lukas Bailey Paterson. He goes to the Los Angeles school of the Arts and he's 21." He informed me. I sighed. "I don't just kill people for the fun of it. There has to be a fucking reason you stupid shit." I replied sourly. I may kill people but I don't do it for sport. "Well, he raped my sister." Was all he said and that's when I nodded. "Okay. How much are you willing to pay to see this bastard suffer?" I heard rustling in the living room and peaked out to see Phil and Skylar having a pillow fight. I smiled and sighed. 'Perfect.' My mind thought as I returned to the conversation. "35K." He told me. "You've got a deal. Send me a photograph of the guy and I'll make sure it gets done." I told him, thanking him before hanging up and returning to the living room. I put my arms around Skylar and kissed her cheek. "Grab your stuff and we'll go." She smiled and went upstairs to grab her stuff. "The fax machine should be getting a picture in it. Wait for it then set it on my desk we have another job to do." I said in a low tone. Phil seemed to understand and went off to tell the guys.
Skylar and I headed off to her apartment which was only about a 10 minute drive downtown. Once we were there, I parked the car and smiled. "Thanks again Austin." She told me, her eyes sparkling at the mention of my name. I nodded as she got out of the car. 'What are you doing idiot? Go with her.' I told myself angerly. "Uh hey Sky? It's okay if I call you Sky right?" I rambled at her while she just giggled at me. "Yes it okay if you call me Sky." I relaxed a bit before exiting the car and shutting the door, walking over to her and standing in front of her. "Do you mind if I came up with you? You know...just to make sure it safe." She rolled her eyes and laughed. "I'm sure it's safe but I could always use an escort." I grinned as she led me through the lobby and up the elevator to her apartment. Her apartment was sorta small but it was decorated in photographs and the walls were covered in paintings. I shut the door behind me as she walked into her room, leaving me standing in the living room eyeing her walls. "Artistic much?" I called to her, realizing that they were her photographs and paintings. "Yeah I'm majoring in Photography at the Los Angeles School of Arts." She replied. I felt my blood run cold when she mentioned the school's name. Our next target goes to that school and she might know him. "Oh?" I asked, swallowing my fear. She walked out wearing some ripped up skinny jeans, boots and a flannel as she adjusted the beanie on her head and picked up her messenger bag. "Yup. And its been about a year since I started." She informed me. I stared at her for a moment before leaning down and kissing her lips. My arms went around her waist and she wrapped her arms around my neck, making the kiss a bit deeper.
She suddenly broke off, smiling as I grabbed her hand and locked our fingers together. She led the way out of her apartment and out of the building before we got in the car and drove off. We sat there talking for a few minutes when she got a call. "Hello?" She asked the person on the other side of the phone, I held her hand on the center counsel as she laughed a bit. "Hi Lukas!" She said cheerfully. That's when my heart stopped. I didn't know if she was talking about the target or someone else. 'Maybe it's someone else. Hopefully it's someone else.' I tried to convince myself, shaking any eerie feelings about it. "Yes Lukas I'm fine. LOL. Yeah I'm coming to school." She told the guy over the phone before looking over at me and smiling. "Lukas I'll be there in 5 minutes calm your fucking tits." She retorted over the phone before hanging up. "Who's Lukas?" I asked her as she looked at me and smiled. "I just met the guy last year. He's dating my friend Kat. They've been dating for a while now." She looked out the window before sighing. "He can be a huge asshole at times. Like I know he has anger management problems but he likes to take it out on Kat, Sabrina and I." I stared at her in shock as we pulled into the school. "I'll pick you up after you get off." She nodded in acknowledgement as I leaned over the counsel to kiss her softly. "Just text me." She looked confused but smiled. "I don't-" She began but i cut her off with another kiss. "I put it in your phone this morning." She smiled, kissing me this time before exiting the car. I watched as she walked up to a group of people and hugged each of them. I had my eyes especially on the guy. Dark brown hair, brown eyes, kinda tall but not as tall as me of course. The guy leaned over to kiss the girl he was holding as the bell rang and they walked to class.

I began to drive back to the house when my phone vibrated. Once at a red light, I checked the text only to stop breathing when I saw the picture of our target. Our target was Skylar's friend.
