Austin POV

It had been three days since Alan and Skylar's run-ins with Gabriel and there was still no sign of him, which had begun to make me antsy. Every little thing any of the guys did would set me off and it was getting worse. He knew just how to get under my skin. I was currently sitting in the studio going over some new songs with management while Skylar sat in the hallway waiting for us to finish. "You know what Austin? I think I like these ones." Alan said as he shuffled some papers to the side, snapping me out of my daze. "Oh wha-? Oh yeah those for sure." I told him and went back to my daze but not before I saw Alan pout. "Aus come on. You've been like this for days! Someone tell him to cheer up!" I glared at him but shrugged while our Manager looked at us weird. "Well Austin, he is right. You've been like this for days! Do something that'll cheer you up okay?" He told me, almost like begging me. I sighed and shook my head. "Guys really I'm okay. I swear now can we just get back to work?" I hissed at them as the door creaked open a bit. I turned to see Skylar sticking her head in and smiled because she was just too cute. "Hey babe. Almost finished here." I informed her sweetly as I got up and pecked her lips. I could feel the guys smiling behind my back and flipped them off. "Mkay. I'm just gonna run across the street for coffee. You want any?" She asked me and I smiled and nodded before I realized that she wasn't going to be going with anyone.
"Uh....er....why don't you and I get coffee after. Just the two of us." I tried to reason with her but I saw her face drop. "Austin, I can walk across the street myself." She whispered to me and I sighed as I kissed her again. "I know you can it's just that I don't want anything to happen to you." I told her, our foreheads now touching and I was looking into her eyes. "Aw come on Austin! Let her go get coffee!" Tino shouted at me, earning mumbles from everyone. "yeah! She can do that! She's probably just lonesome outside in the hallway by herself!" Phil chimed in while Skylar still looked up at me with hopeful eyes. I sighed and gave in. "Okay." She grinned and kissed me quickly before heading for the door. "Text me what you want." And with that she left as I felt an anxiety attack coming on. "Now can we continue this?" Aaron asked me while I sat down and picked up where we had left off.

Skylar POV
Austin had been really over-protective since that incident with that one guy, like REALLY over-protective. Which is kind of nice considering the fact that my other boyfriends would've never been like this. I had just made it across the street and into the Starbucks, accidentally bumping into someone. "Oops! I'm sorry!" I squeaked, earning a hair raising chuckle from the man. "Perfectly all right sweetheart." MY whole body stiffened as I stood standing there face to face with the guy who had pinned me in Lukas's apartment. I slowly began to back out so I could head back to Austin but he had grabbed my hand. "Where are you going love? Can't we just talk?" He asked me but I shook my head as I wriggled my way out of his grip. "Fiesty as always I see." He grinned darkly, making one last attempt to grab me but I had ran across the street. I didn't stop for cars or even look, I just fucking ran. Running into the studio and down the hallway before bursting into the room where Austin and the guys were. As I ran into the room, Austin and the boys jumped out of their chairs and whipped around to see me. I probably looked like shit and really scared because Austin came running over to me and picked me up.
"You alright? Baby you okay?" He repeated over and over again, kissing every inch of my face before cupping my face in his hand while the others crowded around me. "H-he was just there! Like just waiting there! And I ran and just-" I stuttered out as I saw Tino run to the window and began to shut the blinds. Austin had me wrapped up in his arms, rather tightly I might add, as we waited for the all clear from Tino. Finally Tino nodded and Austin let out a sigh of relief. "I think we're done in the studio for today." He announced to the rest of the gang and recieved nods from them before lifting me up and carrying me to the car. "Austin, I have legs...I can walk." I whispered but Austin stayed quiet as he helped me into the car before getting in and driving back to his place.

Once back at his place, he shut the car off and stared in awe at the scene before us. The house was shot up and the front door was wide open. "Stay in the car." He growled to me as he cautiously exited the car then looked back at me and tossed me the keys. "If you hear anything or see someone coming that isn't me, drive. Lock the doors okay?" He instructed and I nodded as I watched him shut the door and walk up to the house. It looked like he had something in his hands but I couldn't make out what it actually was. I slumped down against the seat my breathing short and quick until I heard someone tap the window. I let out a small shriek before turning and seeing Austin and I sighed. I unlocked the car and scooted me over so I was sitting on the counsel before taking me into his lap. "We're getting out of here." He finally broke the comfortable silence in the car. I looked up at him as his eyes turned dark. "W-what?" I asked him and he looked down at me, his gaze softening once it met mine. "We're getting out of here and going somewhere else." He told me. At first I thought he was just saying that but when I saw the look in his eyes I knew he was serious.
"Austin" I began to say but he cut me off. "Skylar, please. Lets just get some stuff and get out of here." He told me as he helped me inside, picking up over the shattered glass so I didn't hurt myself before setting me on the bed as he got out 2 suitcases and some bags. I watched as he packed for both of us and murmurring to himself as he did. Finally he looked as though he was done as he walked back over to me. He smiled sweetly and cupped my face, bringing our lips together in a slow but passionate kiss which I gladly returned. He took m hand and broke off, taking me back down to the car before packing the trunk and driving off. "You have a passport right?" He asked suddenly, eyes still focused on the road ahead. I simply nodded and as he turned into my apartment complex. "Let's go and grab it." He sighed, as we walked hand in hand to my apartment only to find the door had been jimmied open. Austin shoved me behind him and entered slowly as I was following him close behind. I looked around my apartment, it was just completely trashed and my cat was no where to be seen. The only thing untouched were a bouqet of red roses on my coffee table.
I quickly ran to my room, grabbing only what I needed like my passport and wallet and some extra clothes then quickly running back over to Austin. He stared at the roses for a bit longer before walking back out. Apparently the rest of the boys were already here and already knew the situation. "Where we going Aus?" Alan asked as Austin let out a sigh. "I have no clue. Some where out of the country though."
"What about Hawaii?" Alan suggested, earning himself a smack on the head from Tino. "This isn't a fucking vacation you twat." I giggled a bit but quickly shut up once I realized the situation again. "Europe. I don't know and I don't care which country but we're going." He informed us all as we packed the car and headed to the airport. Austin was silent almost the entire way as was I until curiousity got the better of me. "Austin, what's going on?" Austin stiffened then relaxed as he looked at me. "Nothing. I just don't want to get hurt and I don't want you hurt either okay?" He told me with a grin on his face. I frowned a bit but nodded and I guess he noticed because once at a stop light he leaned over and kissed me. "Trust me Sky. There's nothing bad going on." He mumbled against my lips. I melted and I believed him.

Gabriel POV
"Look at them. Cowards" I snarled at myself as I watched them enter the airport getting on a flight that was heading to Italy. "Don't worry I'll get you one way or another Austin." I chuckled darkly while they disappeared out of sight.
