Chapter 20 the final battle part 2

I was laying in my bed but I really couldn't get any sleep. I thought about what just happened and I still wanted to take down the rest of Decker's followers before I take him down. Then Jayden walked into my room. "Let me guess, couldn't sleep either?" Jayden asked. "I am a little tired but I have a lot of things on my mind. I just can't seem to get any sleep." I said. Then Lauren walked into my room. They decided to sing the lullaby form the adventures of Sharkboy and Lavagirl. Jayden sang it until Lauren noticed that I was having a nightmare.

"Stop that racket Jayden, you're giving her nightmares. Sorry Ariel." Lauren said before shooting fire at my butt. "Ow! What was that for?" I asked. "Your nightmare was about us wasn't it?" Lauren said. "Yeah, it's just that lately I've been getting these dreams about Decker telling me things about the final battle, like I'll have to fight it alone." I said. "That's not a good sign." Jayden said. "More like selling point." Lauren added. "Guys, listen, I know this might seem bad but I might have to do this alone. I'm not going to let them hurt anyone, and especially you guys." I said. The next day I was spying on Decker. I had a feeling that he was up to something. He surrounded the foster home with his remaining followers and Alyssa tried to fight them off with some of the other kids. Of course she got captured. "Those guys are so going to pay for that." I said to myself. The next day Alyssa's new friend walked up to me. "Matthew?" I asked. "Ariel?" He asked. "Oh my god. Ariel, how do you know him?" John asked. "I was his girlfriend in toddler group. I would sit next to him every day. We were always doing things together. We painted, sat next to each other during music time, and a whole bunch of different activities." I said. "Those were the good old days but we have a problem." Matthew said. "I know what it is. Your new friend got captured, right?" I asked. "Yeah, we need a plan." Matthew said. "Okay, let me get the team." I said. I got the team together and we had the meeting. "Okay guys, I have a good plan. While the rest of you are fighting Decker's followers I will try to help Alyssa to see who her real friends are. Matthew, I'm going to need you to help me with Alyssa." I said. "Okay. Let's do this." Matthew said. We go to Decker's place and see Alyssa. She started to attack me when I got a good hold on her. "Matthew now!" I said to let him know that it was time to help me push Alyssa to the ground. I looked into Alyssa's eyes. "Look at me Alyssa, listen carefully to what I'm going to say. This isn't you, you were never evil." I said. I noticed tears in her eyes indicating that it's working. "I've seen the dark side too." I said.

That's when she noticed who her real friends are. "Ariel, Matthew?" Is it really you guys?" She asked. "Yeah, it's really us." Matthew said. Decker tells her to destroy us but she turns to him. "I don't think so Decker. You're my enemy, and I'm leaving with my friends." Alyssa said. Then we leave. I get Alyssa back to the foster home. "Thanks for coming to rescue me. It means a lot to me." Alyssa said. "No problem, just next time, let me and the rangers handle it. And one more thing, stay out of trouble." I said. "Okay, I'll try." She said. Then she went into the foster home with Matthew. I go back to the shiba house. When I got there I heard an argument about whether or not I should do this battle alone. I never liked listening to arguments, not after the ones that I heard that Jason had with his parents. I walked into the shiba house. When Lauren and Jayden saw me they stopped aurging. The next day I went out to go fight the remaining followers that Decker has. Before I left I told the others that I might not be back for a few weeks. They think that I will be back within a few days. They told me that I'll be back before I know it.

I walk around town and come across some of his remaining followers. It turns out that some of his remaining followers moved out of town which is what I was afraid of. "This is going to take more time than I thought." I said to myself. After I took down the followers that I came across I decided to go find the other followers that moved out of town. When I got out of town I called Jayden and told him that some of Decker's followers moved out of town and that I have to find his remaining followers and destroy them and that it might take a few weeks to get back home. I ended up going back to my old hometown of Angel Grove. It was at the youth center where I first met Tommy and Jason at. I decided that I can't reminisce about it now, I have a very important mission to do. I was walking around town and didn't see any of his remaining followers. A few weeks go by and I finally found his remaining followers that moved out of town but I don't know why they would come to Angel Grove. When I finally destroyed his remaining followers I noticed that it was getting dark. I decided to go ask Tommy if I could spend the night at his house. I got to his house around 9:00 p.m. and knocked on the door. When he came to the door he said hi to me and I asked him if I could spend the night. He said that it was totally fine. The next day I started to return home. It was going to take some time to get back home.

As I was walking along the streets visions from my past came back to me. The visions that are coming back to me are all of the things that happened to me from the time when I was four years old up to now. "Why are my visions from the past coming back to me?" I asked myself. A few weeks go by and I finally make it back home but I started to act kinda weird around the other rangers.
