Morning had arrived and (y/n) was staring at the ceiling cradling (y/s/n). (Y/n) barely got any sleep last night. Every twist or turn hurt. But with the morning she felt miraculous. Like everything from the past day had faded.
(Y/s/n) stirred from her slumber rolling over. *Good morning sweetheart.* (Y/n) smiled at her. *Morning.* (Y/s/n)replied shallowly. She looked away unable to meet her sisters eyes. (Y/n) noticed and gently turned her face around to me her own.
*Hey (y/s/n) im alright ok. Your sissy is tough and i can take this. Besides this might be able to help us in the long run.* (y/n) said misgeviously. (Y/s/n) raised an eyebrow curiously. (Y/n) got up and for a breif moment (y/s/n) got a look at her torn up bloody back and two big black blobs of something she couldnt make out. A pained expression flashed on her face but she hid it as (y/n) turned around.
*Watch this.* (Y/n) said excitedly. (Y/s/n) face lit up with a horrified but bedazzled expression as two massive black wings extended from her sisters back. (Y/s/n) mouth fell open as she stared at (y/n). *Oh my god (y/n). Do they work?* (Y/s
) asked curiously. *Well let's find out.* (y/n) stated curious as well.
Carefully (y/n) flapped her new wings easily rising off the floor to the cealing. With each flap and flicker of her wings pain from the new scars trickled in. (Y/n) landed a little winded. *In time I will get used to these. But for right now I need some time to heal* (Y/s/n) nodded facinated by this new development.
Aburptly the door flung open and scientists poured into the little room. (Y/s/n) ran and hid behind her bed again. Scared of what these people could and would do to her. But (y/n) had had enough of the bullshit and opened her wings again creating a barrier between her sister and those who wanted to harm her.
One of the scientists pulled out a metal cattle prod and started trying to zap (y/n) with it. (Y/n) backed up a little to avoid the advances. But sooner rather than later her back was met with a cold wall and (y/s/n) clung to her leg.
(Y/s/n) screamed as one of the scientists tried to grab hold of her leg. Without thinking and fuled by rage (y/n) kicked the scientist in the face. He backed away stunned. The other men in thr room looked over to there comrad almost as shocked.
But this gave (y/n) an oppertunity to snatch the cattle prod, grab ahold of her sister and get the hell out of that room. As soon as the pair stepped outside the threshold of the door alarms atarted to blare and red emergency lights flickered in the distance. (Y/n) knew they had to work fast and her only objective was to get (y/s/n) out of Genisis.
