Chapter 19 Vanya Celeste

Meanwhile back in the dark halls of Genisis tensions were high and stress filled every room. After the escape of two of there seemingly most doscile subjects every person was on high alert. Scientists and guards blocked every entrance and exit. And stood at every test subjects door to prevent another escape. Each were armed with cattle prods and guns. Every guard was willing to zap an out of line test subject but very few actually wanted to shoot.
In a little room far off from the cells of modified people, there were a few scientists who set up cameras around the city to see if they could figure out where (y/n) and (y/s/n) had snuck off too. They constantly monitored those cameras determined to find all of the so called superheros and there escaped test subjects.
A pair of heels clicked down the hall and the scientists motoring the city tenced up even more if it was humanly possible. The door opened and each person in the room jumped to there feet. *Well? Any sign of them?* A woman asked. *N-not yet ma'am. We are still searching the city.* One of the scientists told his boss.
*Miss Vanya?* Another scientist spoke up. Vanya turned her attention to him. *What is it.* The scientist looked down almost like a child and mumbled something. *Speak the fuck up or I will have your position revoked.* Vanya warned frustrated with everyone here.
The scientist spoke up clearly nervous *We may have to concider the possibility that the test subjects (y/n) and (y/s/n) travled outside of the city.* Vanya concidered this for a moment. *Send a search party out to look for them and keep doing your job here. I have other matters to attend too.* Vanya Celest made her way to the door and walked out.
The scientists realeased a breath they didnt know they were holding. Then went and collected some of there best team members, got them a van and weapons and let them set out to search.
Vanya held her temple overwhelmed with the ammount of work that went down the drain because of those two. She let out an exaggerated breath and cursed the three superheros who rescued the two girls.
Vanya Celeste hastily grabbed a gun from her personal storage and stormed down the hall to a test subjects room. Ready to interrogate every last person in the place to squeeze every ounce of information out these people.
