The Avenger's Compound Sleepover Trip
[ ii ]

[ Angelika's on the decathlon team with Peter, MJ, Ned, Cindy, Abe, Flash and the rest of the crew. They are invited to the Avenger's compound to look at Avenger's weapon gear, and also spend time with them as a privilege from Tony, though Peter and Angelika suspect he only wants to embarrass the pair. ]

Angelika's first year in highschool
( Peter Parker's senior year )

THURSDAY APPEARED FASTER THAN Angelika expected, and she found herself turning in her field trip the day-of, having forgotten to hand it to Mr. Harrington a day prior. One of her hands was clamped tightly around her backpack strap, and the other was holding her field trip form towards the older man. He checked off people entering the yellow field-trip bus, before turning to her and looking at the signature on the slip. He stared at the name, James Bucky Barnes, which was scribbled in the most lavish signature he- and Angelika- had ever seen.

"Are you aware this is the Winter Soldier's signature?" He said slowly, turning to look at her.

Angelika furrowed her eyebrows with confusion- was that a big deal?- and she wondered if the principal ever did take any of Tony's emails to heart. He was supposed to notify the teacher of her adoptive father, but it seemed like her father's well written emails were ignored.

"He's my father." She said honestly, and Mr. Harrington gawked at her, eyes widening.

"And pig's fly." He said, shaking his head. "Angelika you can't expect me to take this seriously."

Angelika pursed her lip, breathing deeply.

"I don't know what else to say, Mr. Harrington. He's my father and he signed it." She said and Mr. Harrington stared at her for a moment.

"We'll know when we get there." He said firmly.

Angelika decided it was best not to argue with the already suspicious teacher, and she gave the man a nod, entering the bus and scanning the place for Ned, Peter, and MJ.

"Over here, loser!" MJ waved from the lower middle of the bus.

Angelika walked down the aisle and sat down besides her, leaning her head against the seat with a sigh.

"What was with the hold up?" MJ asked and she turned to look at him.

"Well, Papa signed my field trip form." Angelika started and Peter peaked his head up from in front of them, turning to give her a 'oof' look. "And he, well, he signed it. That was the problem. Since he wrote 'James Bucky Barnes'."

MJ blew out her nose and raised an eyebrow.

"Shouldn't Mr. Harrington knows you're, I don't know, the Winter Soldier's daughter?" She asked and Angelika shrugged.

"I don't think the principal actually believed the email's Papa sent." She said and Peter nodded with agreement.

"Same with me. He doesn't believe I actually have an internship at Stark tower." He said with exasperation. "Even though Tony sent an email several times."

Ned glanced between both of them, shaking his head.

"That's unfair. You're not even lying." He exclaimed.
