~ this one is a long one ( several parts ) and also because I love these stories
Also Flash hasn't met Bucky or Tony or any Avengers yet, and doesn't believe in Peter's internship ~The Avenger's Compound Sleepover Trip
[ Angelika's on the decathlon team with Peter, MJ, Ned, Cindy, Abe, Flash and the rest of the crew. They are invited to the Avenger's compound to look at Avenger's weapon gear, and also spend time with them as a privilege from Tony, though Peter and Angelika suspect he only wants to embarrass the pair. ]
Angelika's first year in highschool
( Peter Parker's senior year )"OKAY, EVERYBODY GROUP UP!" Natasha called sharply, a genuine smile on her lips.
Some of the students hurriedly crammed the last of their food, and Angelika put her group's plates away. She stretched, grabbing her backpack and pulling it over her shoulders. Peter, Ned, and MJ did the same as Shuri gave them a salute of farewell. Angelika could barely keep her excitement at bay. She couldn't help it when training was one of her favorite pass-time activities, and she'd be allowed to jump around as much as she wanted.
She followed Peter as Natasha patiently waited for everyone to group around her. Tony gave Natasha a frown and waved his hand at her, as if to shoo her away. Natasha gave him a smirk and Tony let out a groan, rolling his eyes with annoyance.
Angelika chuckled slightly at their interaction, earning a wink from Natasha. Peter gave her a small wave and Natasha stepped on Tony as she grinned.
"Hey Pete! Nice Decathlon team you've got here." Natasha said, almost like she was purposely singling him out.
Flash gawked at Peter and Angelika gave him an 'I told you so' look. He scowled at her and Angelika rolled her eyes at him. MJ gave him a glare Black Widow would approve of, and Flash retreated to the other side of the group and Angelika snickered, high-fiving MJ.
"Hi uh Nat." Peter said with an awkward smile.
Natasha rolled her eyes at him playfully before she turned to the rest of the Decathlon team.
"Since all of you had time to properly digest your lunch," Natasha started, grinning like a wolf eyeing her prey, "we're going to the training facility!"
A few people cheered and MJ fist-pumped the air with an excited grin. Natasha chuckled at their reactions and Peter groaned, shaking his head. Angelika pursed her lips at him and elbowed him lightly in the ribs. He glanced at her and she gave him a bright mischievous smile.
"Oh my god yes." Peter said with realization, and Angelika beamed at him.
"I'm so beating your ass." She whispered and Peter gasped.
"Oh no I am so beating your ass." He shot back and Angelika gave him a competitive grin.
"Uh, no I am." MJ said, looking between the two.
As they prepared to leave the cafeteria Cindy raised her hand and Natasha glanced at her with a raised eyebrow. She waved her hand and Cindy held up the yellow field trip packet that Angelika was surprised she held onto.
"Um it says Captain America is supposed to be at this station too so I was wondering. . .?" She said nervously, cheeks tinting red.
Angelika knew the Decathlon team were genuine fangirls and fanboys of Captain America. In fact, she was sure he was one of the most admired throughout the whole team. Angelika found it weird to think of Steve as some sort of righteous angel when he was quite literally just her uncle, and sometimes a self-righteous asshole- if she was being honest- so she didn't really find herself excited.
