Chapter 1 (Flashback)

~It's time everyone, for the FIRST CHAPTER!~

"Yo Y/N!"

I turn to face Minho, raising my eyebrows. "Yeah?"

"Are you done unpacking yet?" Minho asks with a small smile. "And have you heard anything from the university yet?"

"No I haven't heard anything and I'm still not done," I sigh, almost annoyed. "It's been a freaking month and I'm still not done!"

Minho moves behind me and wraps his arms around my waist, hugging me. "You'll be fine. Universities are slow and It always takes forever to unpack."

I lean back, enjoying the warmth and calming feeling. "Yeah I suppose so. It just may take five years in my case."

"No it won't," Minho assures me in a huff, burying his face into my neck.

"Did I interrupt something?"

I turn to see the smirking face of Felix. "Minho is just dealing with an existential crisis of mine. Not too big. "

"So nothing out of the usual then?" Felix jokes.

I nod my head, Minho does as well despite his head still being buried in my neck.

Felix giggles before speaking. "Anyways, Chan sent me to come get you guys to eat."

"We'll be there soon," Minho hums.

Felix shakes his head in amusement and exits the room. I try to pull away from Minho, but he doesn't let go.

"Casanova," I whine. "Let me go. I want food."

"Give me a kiss and I'll let you go," Minho smirks, looking at me.

I turn my head, placing a quick peck on his lips, causing him to let go. "There, now come on."

We leave the room and head towards the dining room. I take a seat in between Seungmin and Jeongin, placing a quick kiss of both of their cheeks.

"You done packing yet?" Chan asks once I'm seated.

"Not yet," I hum, beginning to eat. "I'm getting close though."

"After lunch can we go see the new bakery?" Jeongin questions enthusiastically.

I nod my head. "If it's okay with everyone else, Little Fox."

Jeongin looks at the others, a puppy dog pout on his lips.

"It's not like we can say no to you," Changbin chuckles, reaching over to ruffle Jeongin's hair. "And we've been wanting to see it too."

Jeongin's eyes light up with excitement.

"You should finish your food before we go though," Jisung states, looking over at Jeongin.

Jeongin nods, beginning to eat his food quickly. Like, literally inhaling it.

"Have you gotten all the staff and equipment you need for the bakery?"

I turn to Seungmin who had asked and shrug. "I've got everything I need to open and get well known. I'll have to get a few more people on staff later though."

"Are you excited to be able to open another store?" Hyunjin wonders.

"Yeah I am," I hum. "I think it'll help me get into more of a routine here."

After that, the room quiets down as we finish eating. Once we are done, I help Chan and Felix clean up the kitchen, then we get ready to go see the bakery. Jeongin is standing by the front door, waiting for us to all get there, which causes me to laugh.

Jeongin pouts, looking at me. "What?"

I shake my head, waving him off. "Nothing nothing Jeonginie."

"Okay," he hums, still not looking convinced.

Once all of the other boys have gathered, Jeongin grabs my hand and drags me out of the house, causing the rest of Stray Kids to chuckle at my situation.

"Innie," I call out with a giggle. "You can slow down, we have all day. And not to mention, I'm the only one that knows where we are going."

With a pout, Jeongin relents, letting go of my hand in the process.

This time, I'm the one that pouts and grabs his hand. "I didn't tell you to stop holding my hand, Little Fox."

Jeongin smiles as we stop, waiting on the others to catch up.

"Why were you guys running?" Hyunjin asks once the others catch up. "Trying to get away from us?"

I shake my head. "No, Innie here just got a little overexcited."

Hyunjin nods then grabs the hand that Jeongin isn't holding. "Now you guys can't get away."

I chuckle and shake my head, but continue to walk to the new store. When we reach it, I pull away from both boys to get my keys and unlock the door.

"Welcome to my new bakery," I exclaim, throwing my hands out to over exaggerate things.

"This is a huge space," Chan utters, surprised. "How did you get such a big space."

"I had a lot of money saved up from the previous bakery," I hum. "And since I'm still getting revenue from that one since it's open in LA, I had enough money to get a good space."

"You make it sound so normal," Changbin states.

I shrug. "I mean, I own a business that did well in LA. Which is saying something cause LA and money normally don't end up working out together. So I mean, it's a little surprising to me, but it's not insane."

"Well good for you Y/N," Seungmin smiles. "We are all really glad you are able to continue with your life."

"We know moving was hard," Jisung hums.

I smile at them and shake my head dismissively. "It was hard but I'm glad I did it. Plus now I'm with you guys and I feel safe."

"Well aren't you sweet," Felix giggles, coming forward and place a kiss on my nose.

I playfully push away and look at the other boys. "You guys can go wander around if you want."

"I've been wanting to do that since we got here," Minho winks before taking off to look around the bakery.

I roll my eyes at his antics, but take a seat at one of the tables set up, watching as the boys look around. As I watch Felix, Jisung, and Chan joke around, my phone begins to go off.

"Hello?"

"Is this Y/L/N Y/N?"

"This is he/she/them. May I ask who's calling?"

"I'm from the university you applied to and I'm calling to tell you that you made it into the psych department at our university. Your classes will begin in two weeks. We will be emailing you your schedule within the next week."

"Thank you so much!"

When I hang up, I yell at the boys to get their asses over here.

"Everything okay?" Hyunjin asks as soon as they get to me.

I nod rapidly. "Guess who just got accepted into the psych program!"

The boys all begin to smile, pulling me into a huge hug, before I pull away after a moment.

"My career path is on its way!" I exclaim happily. "First my psych degree, then medical school!"

"Good job darling," Seungmin praises. "How about we go home and celebrate?"

I nod, still practically bouncing. "Sounds good."
