Chapter 18: We gotta do SOMETHING!

In New York at 3:40

Once Tiny told her family what was going on with the whole Rose impersonating Lily thing, they were all furious and deciding what they were gonna do. "I say we expose her now!" Brody suggested. "I second that!" Rose yelled angrily. "Then we'll get every security guard on the force to find Lily! Who knows what kind of danger she could be in right now?!" P.U.P said. "Guys, stop yelling for one second and let ME talk!" Tiny said sitting on her luxury white couch.

A/N: I had to say that XD

Then they all shut up. Tiny sighed and explained, "Look, Bark and Kano said if I tell anyone about what's going on, something will happen to one of you guys. I was brave enough to tell you guys. If we-- sorry, if YOU make a big deal out of this, you're gonna cause a scene and Bark and Kano will find out I said something to you guys. We need to keep this quiet until we actually know what we're gonna do." "Mom, Lily's out of the STATE somewhere, and we have NO idea where. We also don't know what Bark is planning on Rose doing when the finals come. He could get her to lose just like he did with Scrappy." Brody said. Tiny sighed and yelled, "WELL I GOT NOTHING ELSE!" Brody jumped back a bit due to the sudden outburst. "Mom," Rosie started and Tiny looked at her and Rosie continued, "We can fix this," "HOW?!" Tiny snapped. "We'll... think of something," Rosie said.

A/N: Yo, guys, just know that this chapter is mostly about Tiny and everyone else in New York

A while later

Brody was outside pacing in his backyard. Cassy saw him and walked over. "Yo," she said on the other side of the fence. Brody looked over at her and then looked back down at the ground thinking as he paced again.

Cassy's mind

Wow. Rude

Cassy opened the fence and walked in. "Hope this isn't trespassing but everything okay? You look like you just lost something." She said. "As a matter of fact, I did just lose something. Only I didn't JUST lose something! I lost her a while ago without even knowing it!!" Brody said panicky. "OK. Well... calm down. I'm sure.. whatever it is you lost.. you'll find it." Cassy smiled nervously. "I lost Lily!!!" Brody snapped. Cassy titled her head in confusion. "Uh, Brody? Lily's at her house... I just saw her walking with Mia." She said thinking Brody was nuts. "No, she's not!" Brody said then added, "That's not Lily! It's a dog who's impersonating her because Bark, the evil dog asked her to!! Lily's probably out there somewhere alone which ISN'T in New York!!" Cassy was watching him with a confused face the whole time he was yelling then she finally built up the confidence to say, "Wait, Lily's been impersonated? And you don't know where she is?" Brody shook his head. "WE GOTTA GET EVERY SECURITY GUARD ON THE FORCE AND FIND HER!!!!" Cassy yelled. "Look, we can't, because if we let it be known to more people/dogs, Bark and Kano are destined to find out," Brody explained. "So what are we gonna do?" Cassy asked. "We? What do you mean "we"?" Brody asked. "I'm one of the many dogs that's Lily's biggest fan. I'm helping." Cassy said. "You can't say this to anyone. Not your mom, not your family members, friends, not anyone. Got it?" Brody said. Cassy nodded saying, "Got it," "K, come on," Brody said running into his house.

In the house

"I TOLD YOU NOT TO TELL ANYONE!" Tiny yelled at Brody. "The words just kinda... slipped out," Brody told her. "I STILL TOLD YOU NOT TO TELL ANYONE!!" Tiny yelled again. "But-" Brody started then Cassy cut him off by saying, "Look, I know the city better than anyone. If you guys can tell me Lily's favorite places here in New York, there's a high chance we'll find her." "OK, but even if we told you, how would that help? Lily isn't in New York." P.U.P told her. "Yes, but I can still try to find her," Cassy said. "I still don't see how that would help," Tiny said with a raised eyebrow. "Yeah, it's a 93% chance we're not gonna find her here," Charlie said calculating in his head quickly. "Yeah, if she's out of the state somewhere, we probably won't find her. But.. wouldn't you guys at least like to know that we tried?" Cassy asked. Everyone looked at each other with sad/worried looks on their faces. Tiny was the first one to speak by sighing then said, "OK, pomeranian, come with me into the kitchen and I'll tell you all the places she goes. At least the places I know that she goes." Then Tiny walked into the kitchen with Cassy following behind her. Brody looked at P.U.P and asked, "What should we do?" "It's getting pretty dark so I think it's time for you pups to call it a night." P.U.P said looking down at Brody then the rest of his sisters. "Yeah. Goodnight, everyone." Cindy said with a yawn then walked upstairs to her room with Rosie and Charlie following behind her. Brody ran upstairs, too. Once the pups were all upstairs, Magnus peaked his head through the entrance door and said, "I couldn't help but overhear.." P.U.P looked back at him and said rolling his eyes, "Sure you couldn't," Tiny and Cassy walked over into the room that P.U.P was in and Cassy said looking at Tiny as she walked, "OK, I got all the places. I'll go search with some friends tomorrow." "Uh, remember, no one else can know about this," Tiny told her. "Oh. Right. Then... I'll just go look by myself tomorrow morning." Cassy smiled then left. Tiny smiled and called out, "Sleep well, Cassy!" "Uhhh, T? I guess one more dog knows about what's going on." P.U.P said looking at Magnus. "Ugh," Tiny groaned. Then she added, "I'm gonna go to bed," and she left the room walking upstairs. "I'd be happy to help find Lily," Magnus said.

"Thanks, dawg. Just don't let Mia know about what's going on. She has a big mouth." P.U.P smiled. Magnus nodded and left the house.
