Chapter 22: We made it!!

The next morning

"Welcome back to New York City. Watch your step leaving the jet. Haha, I rhymed." The pilot announced. Lily woke up and yawned. She gasped and ran out of one of the rooms and ran into Petunia's room. "WE'RE HERE!!" She exclaimed happily as she pounced on her. Petunia groaned tiredly and said, "Lily, leave me alone. Do you have a clue what time it is?" Then she put a pillow over her head. "It's time to get up! We're in New York! We made it!" Lily said excitedly then ran off into the rooms Pluto and Aspen were sleeping in.

She looked around but didn't see them. She tilted her head confused. "Looking for us?" Pluto's voice asked with a chuckle. Lily walked into the living room and saw Pluto and Aspen sitting on the floor with smiles. "And don't even try waking me up," Daisy said sitting on a couch.

Lily's mind

Well you're kinda already up

Lily smiled and said, "I'm so happy!!!"

Once the plane landed, Lily ran to her house and the others followed. Aspen looked back at the jet sadly and lowered her ears.

Goodbye, jet...😟😢

At Mia's house...

Lily ran up to the door and ran through the doggy door into the house. She ran all around the house but Mia wasn't there. "What's wrong?" Pluto asked once he and the others caught up to her. "She's not here," Lily said. "Let's try Tiny!" Aspen suggested. "Yeah. Come on." Lily agreed then ran to Tiny's house.

At Tiny's house

Luckily, she was there.

Lily walked into Tiny's kitchen and then saw everyone there on their phones. "Guys!" Lily exclaimed happily with a smile. Tiny lifted her head then saw Lily. "Lily!" They all exclaimed happily and then Tiny ran over to her and hugged her. "You're a sight for sore eyes," Brody said with a relieved sigh and then ran over to Lily and hugged her, too. The others stayed where they were. "Lily, it's a good thing you're here. We were just about to go to the Pup Star finals." Rosie said. "K, let's go save my reputation!" Lily exclaimed then was about to walk away but Tiny jumped in front of her and said, "Wait a sec. We can't just get there and confront Rose. Bark's gonna be there which means he'll do anything to make sure no one ruins this night for him. We need to figure out what we're gonna do." Just then, Tiny's phone dinged. P.U.P looked at it since he was right next to it. "Well, looks like we've got a little longer to plan out what we're gonna do. Turns out the producers changed the finals to tonight due to some live TV problems." He said. "K, what time?" Tiny asked. P.U.P looked at it again then said, "8:00," "K, so we've got approximately 13 hours to save Lily's career," Charlie said. "K, any idea what we're gonna do?" P.U.P asked. "Lily has a body guard right? So he's affiliated with the police." Charlie started.

I love how they talk about me and ask questions about me like I'm not even here

Once everyone nodded, Charlie continued, "OK, so how about we get Magnus in here and then tell him we're gonna give him a signal to get Bark and Kano?" "But Bark won't just come onto the stage. He doesn't wanna be seen." Tiny said. "Yeah, but he'll show up if the dog Rose is impersonating confronts her on stage," Charlie said. Everyone looked at Lily and she looked up from her claws and said, "Uh........... what?"

"Alright, Magnus, so you're gonna arrest Bark and Kano when the time is right and we'll do the rest. Got it?" Charlie said. "Uh-" Magnus started then Charlie interuptted, "Great. Lily, you're gonna- you know what? We're just gonna wing it." "That seems like a better idea," Tiny said nodding. "K. Tonight we strike." Charlie said with a smirk.

That night...😄😄😄😄😄😄😄

"It's time to go, pups," Tiny said. "I'm so ready for revenge," Charlie said with an evil smirk. Tiny looked at her with a raised eyebrow then Charlie chuckled nervously and said, "Let's go!" Once the family was in the car, Lily and Daisy got into the car, too waiting to make it to the finale.

Guys. Literally ONE more chapter which is the next chapter and the story will be over. I finished my first Pup Star story around this time, too. I finished it in December but whatevs. Thx for reading! Love y'all!!
