Secret Origins Part 2

Things have taken a turn for the worse. Out of everything our heroes could've expected when they first entered this virtual world, having everything suddenly become reality was not one of them. And now, they were surrounded by Foot ninjas on all sides, Mikey was wounded, and they were stuck here with no way out.

Ruby: "Mikey"! "Please wake up"! "Mikey"!

Unfortunately, Ruby's pleas would go unheard as Mikey lay unresponsive with blood flowing out of his wound. Coupled with the dire situation with the fact that Foot ninjas had them all boxed in a kill circle, it created a situation where it seemed impossible for our heroes to get out of. Things outside weren't any better either as Mortu and the Fugitoid scrambled to find the cause of the malfunction.

Fugitoid: "Michelangelo is going critical". "You must pull him out of the virtual reality system"!

Mortu: "I'm trying"! "The system is locked up"! "The controls aren't responding".

Fugitoid: "Oh, how could this have gone so horribly wrong"?

But while the Fugitoid and Mortu were scratching their heads confused, Baxter Stockman was skittering across the floor before he jumped and began climbing up a wall, laughing as he proceeded to the next phase of the plan.

Back in the virtual reality world, however, our heroes stood on guard as they prepared themselves for a fight against the Foot Clan once again.

Leo: "Steady guys, this is about to get ugly".

Donnie: "This shouldn't be happening". "This is supposed to be virtual reality".

Donnie said as he quickly dodged to the right when a ninja lunged at him and countered by kicking the ninja in the side. He leans back as the blade of a sword swings past his face, just narrowly dodging it as he backflips to kick his attacker in the jaw before performing the same maneuver to strike the first ninja that attacked him.

Donnie: "They're not supposed to be able to see us, let alone attack us"!

Yang: "Well they see us now, Don"!

Yang yells as she quickly jumps back as a ninja swings his sword down at her only to miss. Taking advantage of this, Yang quickly rushes up to the ninja and smashes her knee into his face before punching another ninja in the gut as she exclaims:

Yang: "And they like us just as much as do years from now"!

A ninja came up from behind her to slash her with his sword, but Yang reacted quickly by kicking the ninja's leg, forcing him to drop to one knee. Before the ninja could recover, Yang quickly disarmed him and grabbed his arm before proceeding to spin the poor guy in circles, using him as a weapon to send two other ninjas flying before tossing him away.

Meanwhile, Raph stands ready as he faces off against three Foot ninjas. One of them swung their sword at him but Raph was quickly able to grab hold of his wrist, flipping over his back whilst grabbing his other arm, forcing the ninja into a position where he acted as a human shield for Raph.

Raph: "Come on ladies, let's dance".

Raph taunted the ninjas as he forced his hostage to walk backward while moving the ninja's sword arm to attack the other two ninjas. Continuously backing up, Raph forces the ninja to swing his swords at his comrades who were forced to defend until they were suddenly disarmed. Having gained the advantage, Raph twisted his hostage's wrist, producing a painful cracking sound when he did so before he let go of the ninja and, with a strong kick to the back, Raph sent the ninja crashing into his comrades, knocking them all down simultaneously.

Weiss sweep kicks a ninja and before he can hit the ground, she summons a glyph that launches them away with great speed as they crash through the bamboo. But this did not mean that she was out of danger as three Foot ninjas jumped down in front of her and tossed handfuls of shurikens at her. Gasping, Weiss acted fast by jumping from side to side, performing acrobatic moves as the throwing weapons flew past her. She was eventually cornered as the ninjas threw more shurikens at her, but was able to evade by spinning around, performing a pirouette as she dodged the shurikens while also kicking some away. By the time Weiss had finished her dance, the ninjas had run out of shurikens and were left amazed by Weiss' performance. One of them even clapped, causing the other two to look at him strangely.
